Pros

What makes Thryv irresistible are the many features it offers. I like CRM features that makes the tool capableIn addition, it also comes with social media management and marketing features.

Thryv has been great since deployment and I have no reason to complain as it meets all our needs as expected

### "Making Life Easier"

Overall, I still believe this software will be of great benefit to my business.

Pros

I appreciate that I can have everything in one location. Contacts, email, calendar, etc. So nice to be able to track things better.

Cons

The email marketing feature needs to be updated so that you can use it as a newsletter. You should be able to load more than one video or link. In addition, when someone first begins using this feature, it can be very frustrating when a few bounce backs shuts you down and you have to contact administration to get the feature reactivated.

Reason for choosing Thryv

I chose Thryv so I could reduce costs from other programs I was using. (ie: MailChimp, Hootsuite Pro Level, MeetUp, and Eventbrite). I still have an active Mailchimp until I see that Thryv will work as I need it to. I also still have Hootsuite to use for scheduling posts for my clients.

### "VERY DISAPPOINTING / STAY CLEAR FROM THRYV"

I purchased the Trhyv Leads Program in September 2019. They put in spectacular numbers as far as Exposures, Qualified Contacts, etc are concerned . However, actual leads that called were only about 3-8 a month but a lot of the calls are either duplicates or soliciting sales calls or my current clients already. I called in November to complain because I am being billed $809-/month but never got a quality call or business from this program. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], Manager, stated thay they will improve the leads and if no improvement by December, he would personally cancel the contract effective December 1, 2019. There was no improvement and I kept calling my Account Manager, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] after that to keep their promise of cancelling the contract per \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] assurance , but no one has cared to call me back. I also called Customer Service to cancel but would not cancel stating that I have a 6 months contract with them. Why the heck would I complain if they are doing a good job? Why would I continue to pay them $809- a month for not delivering what they promised? This is what I call stealing money from small business owners ! I WILL CONTINUE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE TO EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA about Thryv unless they cancel my subscription effective December 1, 2019. I will put in updates about this from hereon !

Pros

Nothing! The software promises spectacular numbers but not able to deliver Leads!

Cons

Everything ! All the numbers are lies ! The Account manager and her Manager.

I like the ease at which I can post to social media.

Cons

I wish the posts had pictures attached. I currently have to upload my own pictures either from my computer or search the internet for pictures that are not copyright protected. It would be nice to have more veterinary or animal pictures available through the software.

Honestly, I've had an overall great experience with Thryv. They have great customer support and have the digital marketing tool of the future. Great price for the value.

Pros

I love using the social media scheduling tool because it saves me a lot of time compared to before. I also use the appointment scheduler on a daily basis. The reminders help me remember all my appointments and help to remind my clients of the time. The website widgets have been a great addition and really help increase the amount of people contacting our business.

Cons

Sometimes when I am trying to access my Thryv software via mobile, it just keeps loading but never opens. That can get a bit annoying. Also, sometimes the software can be a bit glitchy, not load in certain areas. Also, the social media scheduling tool sometimes randomly disconnects my social media profiles and cancels the posts I had scheduled. That is a bit annoying as well.

Clickfunnels is really expensive for just doing one thing. Thryv is all around a more inclusive software.

Phenomenal!!

Pros

It’s practically automatic. Reminders are sent to clients as well as opportunity to pay. I can easily set up ad campaigns and have emails for the promotion sent to all or as many of my contacts I want instantly. Customer service is above and beyond fantastic. My website is phenomenal and very user friendly. I could go on all day! Superb investment!

Cons

Nothing I can think of. It’s all fabulous!

I still am not entirely sure, what exactly we paid $5k in 12 months for. I guess in order for it to work for us, I was suppose to put more of my time and effort into it? I don't even think it was the waste of money, but the finding out we didn't even have a website to take with us when we left.

Pros

They talked me through how to transfer my Quickbooks contacts.

Cons

This wasn't a good fit for our business. The reason for my low rating is that there is a lot more work involved on your end in order to make this product of any value. If you don't put daily work into it- it's basically hundreds of dollars for semi-relevant Facebook updates. They initially told us part of the money was going towards editing, designing and hosting a website and when we left (since we've paid for it) the website was ours to just transfer the hosting for. Now, in leaving after 12 months- we're being told, sorry, you have to build a new website from scratch, only the domain gets transferred back. We were also told to just email in website changes and on several occasions the techs told me they could "show me how to do it so I could do it" myself.

I solved No Problems, got No leads and wasted my money.

Pros

The fact that they would give me leads (not one came through) The fact that they changed my business info to be consistent amongst the different sites (this ended when my sad contract ended) This was NOT communicated by the sales rep, at all, ever! This is a scam. She kept telling me I needed to spend more to get more. So glad I didn't. She was a typical salesperson--promised the world to sell her product and then it failed. Total scam.

Cons

I paid money for what I feel was a scam. It generated NO LEADS. My bad and every chance I get, I will let other businesses know. If you have several hundred dollars to give away every month )$300 to unlimited) by all means, try this!! Dont expect much though.

I canceled my account after about 1 year, and they continued billing me. Customer service confirmed the cancellation, but the bills kept on coming.

Pros

The listing management feature is excellent

Cons

Importing contacts into the database took days and required technical support to make it happen

Pros

User friendly and customer support. I use it for estimates, invoices, payments with Braintree and it's calendar is fantastic- automated text messages to my clients in the mornings is really cool.

Cons

I thought the price was high but after I've seen the ROI, it's the best investment I've ever made.

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is the best employee they have. He has been very supportive and is attentive to my needs. he cannot control the developers of the software although he tries hard to communicate with them and myself.

Pros

The calendar invoicing, billing, estimates, CRM, and customer reminders are great

Cons

I've spent 7 months and I still can't figure out how to integrate my quickbooks online. Notes from one client go to the next within the invoices. There isn't a widget for Android phones. Sometimes it takes a while for the app to load when you need it.

The CRM I've purchased has freed up a lot of time for me to focus on helping my clients and spend less time figuring out how to get my name out there over the web.

Pros

The software is an extremely affordable way to take care of your bookkeeping, scheduling, and POC between clients.

Cons

I would like to see an email automation feature separate from the social media marketing package. I have no interest in letting an outside company take care of my social media but would love to be able to have an email campaign for my current clients.

### "Customer Service is the worst imaginable "

Business problem is I believe they look at what they collect from client each month and only do that amount of work. They are not interested in maximizing a business’s potential. They actually took nearly $1000.00 and then said they would have an ad produced in a couple of days and it took 3 weeks and then now another 3 weeks. It took long time for the to reimburse me after I complained.

Pros

I’m able to respond to customers quickly

Cons

Customer Service is a nightmare. We are on our 5th representative and she like the others just disappears by not answering phone calls or texts for several days. Software designing takes months to design and changes take a month to do. They are not helpful with google review issues either. Will be calling to see speak to someone about what it is going to take to have another company host the website for us.

Pros

I like how the staff at Thryv takes the time to answer your questions and help solve any issues you may have. I enjoy the beta tests and like how we can give our ideas of how this system can best benefit our needs

Cons

We are new to the program. I do not have any cons at this time. I do wish that the client poral was set up a little different but in time I feel like it will be. Thryv is new and growing. I feel like in the next year good things will be happening.

instead of going through the process of trying out similar products, this is the one to try with the training you have, it's more than just computer software without resources.

Cons

Integration was fine, I'm still getting used to some of the features, so all is good for now!

Excellent experience so far, from the initial sales person, to set up specialists, to web page building team, to the 24 hour support team. We can’t emphasize enough how helpful there are at walking you through the program. We are in the construction field, so if we can be taught..... anyone can!

Pros

Many features of this program are helpful with everyday applications. The social media tracking, posting is relatively easy to use. Client portal and advertising to customers is saving us hours in time and cost per man hour. The invoicing we are still new to and switching over, but are excited to implement it to our business. Their biggest asset to us was customer service. Always able to get questions answered or solved by them. They have obviously put this as a key component moving forward and hope they continue this trend. We are absolutely recommending this program and will continue to.

Cons

There are a ton of features, at first it seems like a rabbit hole every time you click a tab or option, but as you learn it becomes a breeze. They are constantly working on improving and use a customers suggestions. Can’t wait to see what they implement next.

Pros

Thryv is so easy to use! The setup was uncomplicated and quick, we didn't have to jump through hoops to get things done. I love that I can manage all my social media posts from one place and using posting plans when I want to change up the content posted. I also really love the price! We were paying a lot more for way, way, way less before switching to Thryv.

Cons

I have noticed that there are times when the social pages don't load for us to see our analytics, which is somewhat frustrating when you have to return to analytics at a different time, but it doesn't happen too often.
