Pros: It is easy to use and is also easy to train others how to use it. The B2B website has been great, it's meant our wholesale customers can order quickly and see what is in stock straight away. It is easy to export information from I.level and the reports are really good. The fact we can easily download all invoice information that can be imported straight into Sage is really useful and quick to do. There is always someone on the end of the phone to answer any questions we might have, they always do their best to resolve any issues quickly.

Cons: You need to have a good internet connection to use this software, we had to invest in better internet but in the long run this has been well worth it! Sometimes I.level does crash however nothing is ever lost and the support team are always good at looking into this. Some features currently aren't available but requests are always listened to and improvements are always being made.
