Cons During training, I didn't like when they were showing you something and the whole screen wasn't showing on my computer, and this included my computer at work, and by the time I kept moving my scroll bars, they were on to the next thing. It is an additional resource for networking in the pediatric world, and it has some great features. Cons The cost is too high. There are too many issues, and it's tough to resolve matters. May 25, 2018 5.0 Pros I worked a while back at a small pediatricians office and had the chance to work with this great software! Me, being new, I was a little terrified when It came to this sort of things but this is as simple as it gets. It's very user-friendly program and eventually I caught on pretty fast! Cons The only issue I encountered at the beginning was the tech department wasn't as resourceful as I thought it would be. Cons I would still like to be able to use the OP training in order to go back to review, and this is no longer an option. I do not like the IM feature. It understands your commands and follows through with them. The software has some very unique characteristics. Cons The issue that I have most with Office Practicum is the input (scanning). Cons The thing I like least about this product is the billing; I feel like there are a lot of things that it should do but doesn't. But from what I understand, OP is working on a lot of these issues. Cons There are a lot of things that really bother me about OP. The thing that bothers me the most is how you cannot toggle between critical windows easily. The visit summary notes come out looking very nice. The immunization piece is great. Cons There is no AR, patient collections process, or letters that can be sent out.
