The correspondence letters do not look very professional, even after we were able to add our logo on the top.

Cons

It's slow when searching to add a medication and or allergy, and it's slow switching from page to page.

Cons

This product is not very billing friendly. We can not post things very simply. When we hit the "post all" button, it will post the money, but then the "leftover money" is posted to outer space.

I like that you can manage the vaccine inventory and pre-enter the lot numbers and expiration dates on them. This makes it much easier to chart vaccines.
