I like their support best.

Cons

Reporting could be better and more correct. Sometimes, data is lost when changing to Excel format. It's hard to get specific reports to drill down on what I want.

I like the vaccine and clinical abilities.

Cons

The financial capacity and balancing reports could use work. There are too many date options to run reports. The training helped with this a lot.

OP is user-friendly system making it easier to train. The e-learning is a beneficial tool for training new employees. The templates were designed specifically for Pediatrics, making charting easier for the Providers to reduce charting time and able to see more patients.

Cons

The providers cannot add units for billing when they are entering their charges on the chart.
