5 STARS - From the tech team, to the \[sensitive content hidden\] (and everyone in between) they all have a deep understanding of what good customer service looks like AND their system is very efficient and easy to use. THANKS EVERYONE!

Pros

Boils down to 3 things: 1st - the system is very easy to use, even for field crews, which at times struggle with technology. 2nd - it's ability to take the data we've submitted and paint a clear picture regarding our safety performance. 3rd - the excellent customer service & technical support provided by the Mojo team - they are responsive, friendly and always looking for ways to make the system do what we need it to.

Cons

During our transfer from the legacy system to the new mojo platform - there have been a few system capabilities (from the old system) which are not currently available in the new system. However, their technical support has either (1) found a work around to make it work or (2) have been willing to bring those old capabilities to their developers and are working on implementing them into the new system.

They have been great to work worth and really help simplify safety document submissions and recordkeeping management. This platform eliminates the lost safety paperwork from the field. All safety paperwork is now submitted electronically and can be reviewed in real time. You can also access all your document submission metrics on customizable dashboards.

Pros

The easy user interface really makes Safety Mojo a great product. Even our employees that are not computer savvy can easily figure out how to navigate and use the platform. Safety Mojo is also great at modifying the platform for our company's needs. You get all

Cons

The way that the data is archived breaks up how you can access the data in your dashboards.

Great product, great people to work with. The people a Mojo AI get the mission of safety programs, from both a business and people perspective.

Pros

You can take your safety program and compliance documents on the go, no need for paper. It's a critical piece to our safety program. Safety Mojo allows our distributed and remote work force to complete inspections and other critical items on their smartphones or tablets, and gives me a real-time view of what is happening and where action is needed, no matter where I am.

Cons

Not necessarily a "con," but you do have to select one photo at a time for reports. However, the photo quality is great, which is they key. The trade-off is worth it.

Overall, I have enjoyed using Safety Mojo and I would highly recommend it.

Pros

Safety Mojo is a user friendly management system. It is a great tool for reporting and monitoring your business activity, as well as storing multi page documents needed for reference rather than carrying books and papers with you. Working with the Safety Mojo team you can tailor it to suit your individual business needs.

Cons

The only thing negative is that on some forms there may be a question that applies sometimes but not always and if you don't put some kind of answer in it won't let you submit the form until you do.
