Pros

Sono rimasto soddisfatto del servizio clienti. A causa di un errore difficile da individuare, non riuscivo a far apparire nel mio sito l'informativa della privacy, generata in seguito all'acquisto della Cookie Solution. Il problema è stato risolto da Leonardo Tamion, che è stato molto disponibile e competente. Colgo l'occasione per ringraziarlo anche qua per il suo intervento e per aver risposto a tutte le mie domande. Una nota di merito anche per il sito di Iubenda, davvero molto intuitivo.

Cons

Al momento non ho riscontrato problemi.

Before I knew I had a problem their team contacted me to inform our developer had not configured the tool properly. They accomodated a meeting time in my time zone and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] took full responsibility for helping me solve all my configuration issues as well as the broken code on our own website. I was really impressed how he handled everything and provided me with solutions instead of giving me tasks.

Pros

It automates compliance issues for our various privacy policies, Cookies, and Terms and conditions. They provide templates and best practices.

Cons

There were a few places where the UI could have been a little more clear when a new policy is generted. I gave them feedback and they took it into consideration and they said they are already looking at it.

Diverse funzionalità studiate per gestire il GDPR. Semplicità nell'inserimento su sito wordpress. Semplice gestione delle impostazioni. La versione Base ha un ottimo costo/annuo ma leggere bene le caratteristiche perché la gestione del GDPR comporta l'attivazione di altre funzioni

Cons

Il pacchetto per gestire per intero il GDPR è abbastanza costoso.

What is less appreciated is the complexity of the procedure for setting up a new company. It is clear that it depends on Italian law and not on the authors of the software

Pros

sarebbe stato interessante scoprire i vantaggi di questo servizio.

Cons

Un servizio assistenza clienti inesistente, lascia assolutamente a desiderare. Da giorni mi sono rivolto a loro per ottenere assistenza tecnica, nessuna risposta, non essendo ancora intercorsi 14 giorni dalla data di acquisto del servizio, ora, sono stato costretto a fare richiesta di recesso e ottenere il rimborso per i soldi che ho speso.

La mia esperienza con Iubenda, nel complesso è stata molto positiva per il semplice motivo che è stata la prima volta che ho dovuto creare la Cookie e Privacy Policy e non sapevo da dove cominciare e sul loro sito ho trovato una guida molto dettagliata su come fare oltre a loro supporto competente e veloce. Sicuramente per il prossimo sito web mi rivolgerò nuovamente a questa piattaforma.

Pros

Ho conosciuto Iubenda leggendo molte recensioni positive, effettivamente si tratta di un team di avvocati internazionali molto competenti in materia di protezione dei dati personali; ho utilizzato la versione gratuita del loro software è stato molto facile creare e integrare su un sito web la Cookie e Privacy Policy.

Cons

Purtroppo l'account gratuito consente di integrare nella Cookie Policy soltanto quattro clausole, mi sarebbe piaciuto se ce ne fosse stata qualcuna in più, ma d'altronde era solo la versione gratuita e quindi va bene così.

Certe funzionalità importanti son disponibili solo a pagamento, funzionalità gratuite con altre piattaforme..

Overall I think it is a huge value/asset. I do like that you can add in your own custom services as well as have it scan your site for services you use!

Pros

This does the work for you of making custom privacy notices, terms of service, cookies, etc. for your website. I like that it handles all the legal jargan and requirements so we can focus on the site itself. While the price is high, you are also paying for the legal team of iubenda to write the text that makes you compliant. It gives great peace of mind to have this on your site - especially with the ever changing laws regarding privacy and info collecting!

Cons

The backend is a bit daunting to figure out - once you get going it isn't too bad. I do wish it was a little easier/streamlined to get things going.

Can be faster but it has an overall good quality.

Pros

It has all features required for Cookie Policy law, and provide users a great interface to choose their preferences.

Cons

It needs jQuery. In 2020 with a great browser compatibility I expect a such big company has developed a dependency free script. Another negative point is that it requires 3 Javascript files (jQuery excluded) in page to fully work (1 for extended policy popup!)

Sicuramente la miglior scelta che si può fare per stare tranquilli legalmente è affidarsi a iubenda che grazie al suo team di legali compila e tiene aggiornati i documenti al posto nostro ogni volta che è necessario.

Cons

Non saprei cosa può essere migliorato, magari graficamente si può creare la sezione semplificata con i paragrafi raggruppati in accordi, in modo da aprirli cliccandoci sopra.

Ho notato un buon rapporto qualità /prezzo e il servizio offerto è abbastanza completo. Inoltre i dubbi che ho avuto , mi sono stati chiariti dal supporto presente.

MI è piaciuta la facilità con il quale ho potuto creare la privacy e la cookie policy. Sono passaggi importanti ma che tolgono un bel po di pensieri a chi lavora tramite un sito web

Cons

Al momento non ho riscontrato dei difetti, anche perché lo utilizzo da qualche mese.

An awesome tool! I have no regrets about using iubenda.

Pros

Absolutely can't think of anything negative to say about Iubenda. It seems to be THE gold standard for generating flawless terms, privacy, and cookie policies.

Cons

The ONLY thing I can now think of is it'd be nice to customize the cookie popup a bit more. But I trust that Iubenda knows the best practices & has my best legal interest at heart.

Overall a great platform if you are worried about GDPR.

Pros

Iubenda creates legal documents constantly updated by lawyers, so you don't have to worry about doing any of that yourself. It's really great for GDPR policies, so they are always up to date on my website.

Cons

I personally would like if they supported more languages, especially Scandinavian languages like Danish and Swedish.

Privacy problems are huge and costly for a small website like mine. Iubenda allows me to feel safe on this regard without having to spend a lot of money

Pros

The software is quite easy to use. I also had a good experience with the customer care. I needed to know wether it was necessary for me to upgrade the assistance, due to new privacy rules in UE and I received in a couple of days the exact answer.

Cons

I found no particular problems in this software.
