I literally entered their website the first time and 5 minutes later i had my first eula with zero efforts. It has become a staple of my work

nothing much, it really is good. maybe there's a bit of a learning curve when you want to access the more advanced functions

I servizi di Iubenda sono affidabili, chiari e risolvono efficacemente la maggior parte degli aspetti di compliance legale di una startup. Nel nostro caso, in particolare, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della documentazione, completa di guide, e del servizio di assistenza che ha risposto con prontezza e competenza a ogni nostra domanda.

Cons

Alle volte non è perfettamente chiaro quali servizi acquistare per rientrare nella compliance, ma ritengo che questo tema vada smarcato a monte, con i propri professionisti, dato che la situazione è diversa per ogni azienda. Una volta chiarito il percorso, abbiamo trovato tutti i servizi di cui avevamo bisogno.

Pros

Iubenda taking care of your policies and updating them according to changes in law is a great aspect of the service. Policies are easy to create, and embed in websites.

Cons

The price. As a new business it's not really feasible to pay the hundreds of pounds each year to maintain policies and cookie consent solutions. Though cheaper alternatives won't be as robust as the services iubenda provides, for new and small businesses the more affordable options make the most sense to use.

I dati completi costano molti soldi e sono obbligatori costringendoti a pagare anche se hai un piccolo sito

Direi semplice da usare, infatti io sono un neofita e credo di non aver avuto problemi, almeno spero. Unica cosa troppo costoso per avere tutte le funzioni per lanciare per bene un e-commerce e in diverse lingue

Costo, il fatto di pagare singolarmente per lingua non credo sia esatto. Poi se uno vuole tutte le funzioni il costo diventa maggiore dell'e-commerce stesso

Pros

You can easily add which functions you request from Facebook and explain why you need them/what you will use them for. This process can easily be translated to be GDPR compliant.

Cons

The fact that not all API request possibilities are listed (we needed to manually add the Instagram Graph API points)

Se conosci poco le regole della privacy alcuni punti non sono comprensibili. Forse sarebbe utile spigare in modo più semplice.
