I migrated from another studio management company, and I was able to integrate all my client, job and rate info along with email templates without much hassle. I was up and running with everything to my liking in less than 2 hours. I am also a huge fan of the lead capture ability. I used PicSpotr to generate a lead form to go on my site’s “contact me” page that sends me an email with the lead info, sends them an auto reply, and adds their contact info to the software. From there, I just select the relevant template and can respond much more quickly than before. Cons I’m very happy overall, but I wish the software tracked the sources for my leads so I could analyze my advertising ROI. My contracts are there. My questionnaires are there. I don’t have to scramble all over looking for that. The customer service is unparalleled. Anytime there is an issue, the team immediately provides real time updates on when it is going to get fixed and what caused the issue. I love how professional it has made my business. My clients compliment me all the time on the ease of viewing contracts and filling out questionnaires!!! The more updates that come out, the more streamlined this system becomes and that is amazing! Let’s not forget about the value!!! For the cost, I feel like I’m getting million dollar service!!!! This system has elevated my business and has taken the guess work out of how to provide great service to my clients. The team is friendly, very responsive and diligently working to make it a robust but still simple to use system. Pros What I've enjoyed so far is the simplicity in getting the CRM system setup. Cons I had some challenges getting my events (appointments) setup to display on my iCalendar and Google calendars. But it's since been updated and new features added. The community and customer service are great. It is wonderful software. Pros I love that is overall easy to use. It comes with some standard contracts which is great. I was able to add a lead page to my website to collect information. I love that it integrates with Shootproof, which I use for my gallery delivery. Cons I dislike that I sometimes have to resize my Chrome window when sending an email in order to click the send button. Very quick to fix and respond. Pros Im a very small business and full time mom. So i really dont make to much money to afford all those other softwares that charge really high so i keep searching for another software and came across this one and said wow i can't believe the price and said it probably wont have much that i need and boy was i wrong, it has everything and so it allows me to manage the very little clients i have and be a full time mom. I love it and so thankful i can still afford it. Cons I least like about this software is that its not mobile or app friendly. Apps are much better to manage on iphones for me. Pros I like that PicSpotr is so easy to use and the essentials are there but not so much extra that it becomes overwhelming. Cons I wish you could combine some of the menu options so that you could do them all at once instead of having to navigate to the different parts to set everything up.
