Picspotr finally released an app in the early months of 2021, it added a lot of convenience. Picspotr is a beginner friendly CRM that's designed for photographers and competitively priced.
It's at a comprehensive software at a reasonable cost.
Cons
I am really finding it frustrating to just pop out a simple contract and an invoice to a client without having to start from scratch.
If I have a problem, customer service responds within minutes to fix it.
"Now has an app!"
Overall: Picspotr scheduler helped me make the most of my time and syncing with my original calendar added convenience. Having all related information with the event was a big convenience as well.

Picspotr helps manage client information and profiles, workflows, payments, and invoices. Get contracts e-signed easily. The Picspotr scheduler keeps related client profiles and invoices with events. It can be synced with Outlook or Google calendar and lets clients know when you're available.
Cons: Picspotr has made improvements but it still hasn't caught up. I didn't have success with the online payments or invoices. Both were just clumsy and difficult. I wanted more personalization and branding.
"Want to love it but..."
Overall: Hard to manage. Very generic interface. Would love for the content to be more inline with the company's branding (i.e. integration with my website). I'd love a prettier interface. I've only used it for one client and she wasn't impressed.
Pros: I like the branding capabilities, the features and the ability to streamline everything for your clients in one place. I have yet to explore all features. So this review is based on my short experience so far.

I have looked hi and low for a way to do this simply but there just isn't. I'm coming from a PayPal environment where my items were saved and loaded. I could save an invoice as a template. Same as on Agree.com which I use for contracts. I don't want to have to edit and create contracts with each and every client when most of them are carbon copies.
