Pros It is very easy to learn how to use this program, the first time I installed it, it took me less than 15 minutes to learn how to use it. It is very good for all kinds of projects where you need to organise information. Cons Optimisation is a bit low, sometimes elements don't move as fast or even remain static. WriteMaps gives us a way to present the outcome of these discussions to the client in a visual and intuitive way so that everybody is on the same page going into the next phase of planning. Pros This tool is a quick, easy way to brainstorm and build out a sitemap. It really helps our clients visualize and arrive at a final site structure. And it has plenty of other features that, throughout the process, allow us to explore ideas beyond the basic sitemap. Cons There are no real downsides to this product. It performs the task clearly and intuitively. The exciting thing about this product is its potential to grow and expand on existing features without sacrificing the current ease of use. As we have discussions over the initial website structure plan we've found this feature very helpful to us. Then when we're ready to start testing our designs it has been easy to export everything and import it into our CMS. Pros We've been using Writemaps to plan our website redesign. It has been excellent for mapping out the website structure and capturing content from the different stakeholders during meetings. Cons Nothing in particular, it does everything we need.
