Overall it was an excellent choice and the product did all we needed at an affordable price with great customer support. The promises made in the sales cycle were all delivered on!

Pros

The ability to do case management, document management and creation all in one place. The software is a best of breed in HR and therefore has functionality not understood by IT or other case management systems so relevant for the HR function being successful.

Cons

Often the business case for a tool like this calls for an enterprise wide tool to accommodate IT and Finance. At this time PeopleDoc is not that so will be limited for some companies. Nothing negative to report on the functionality side.

Pros

The whole software is very well-done. The analytics are extremely helpful. It saves us time, and it enhances the HR process for all the employees.

Cons

It is missing one or two features that I would like, but it's really no big deal, just little things that would help.
