I recommend it for large scale and small scale learning. Pros The variety of formats and the ease of creating content that can easily be templated and repeated. I like that I can choose blocks and interactivity in a seamless way. Cons I love Articulate. All of the sessions and getting access to all of the content is going to be a game changer for me. Pros I loved the variety of breakout sessions and all there was to learn. So informational and all instructors were knowledgeable, engaging and approachable. Cons That it wasn’t long enough! A second full day would have been great so I could join another session live. I use Storyline or Rise almost every day and find the software to be reliable and it empowers me to deliver the majority of what my clients ask for. Pros I like that Articulate 360 provides access to both Articulate Storyline and Rise, which enables me to develop eLearning content to suit a wide range of budgets. Cons It is difficult to think of any serious negatives that have cropped up during my use of Articulate 360. If I was to ask for one improvement I think I'd ask for reverse transitions to be added as a feature, so that when one of my learners clicks back on a screen, the animation reflects that they are moving backwards through the course. Switched from [Adobe Captivate](https://www.capterra.com/p/227148/Adobe-Captivate/) Although I still use Captivate occassionally, I switched to Articulate 360 mainly to have access to Storyline, which is much quicker to use, has a smaller learning curve, and is all round more logical to use. Such as linking videos, embedded videos, having learning checks; it's a vast number of features you can use when creating courses, it's excellent! Makes course creation much quicker and easier. Pros The functionality is great - lots of creative options that you can use to appeal to all learner types. Basic features are easy to use with a good interface. I like the wide range of templates which helps to make the creation of a course quicker. As many people are using the software, there is a lot of help available outside of articulate - forums, videos etc. The courses we create are successfully used across all employee levels. I like that one can include additional resources and chats to create a community for a course. Cons Sometimes the number of options and the content library can be overwhelming for new users. The premade interactive elements like quizzes, card sorts etc make it really easy to turn your content into interactive training Cons The pre-made course templates are hard to find and hard to navigate to see what is available. Pros The incorporation of Rise, a rapid and simple content creation tool has enabled me to create almost instant courses with little effort, which frees me up to do more sophisticated interactions in Storyline and incorporate them into the training courses. Cons Rise does not have image descriptors, making it impossible to match images in courses without guessing the search term and hunting through pages of images. It can also be extremely slow to e.g. save block templates or move between courses.
