All in all they have a great system at a very reasonable price point for a small guy like us. Pros Software is pretty easy to use and learn how to operate. As with any new software it takes time but the help from the support staff and the Knowledge Base will answer most questions. Cons The least thing we liked about HQ is of course, learning to use something new when you were used to another system. I wish the system retained information already entered when you switch from tab to tab when completing a reservation or rental.
