Very user friendly interface. Excellent customer service. Very reasonable pricing. Effective time management system. Pros Very cost effective software for employee time management. We've been using it for a couple of years now and it's great. Customer support is also excellent; if we've ever had a problem or question they respond quickly. Cons Nothing really. They raised prices last year, but it wasn't significant. There's no sign of this, but if they were to go up again quickly then I would maybe look around for alternatives. Pros That is can be used for free by smaller employers and the sign up process was straight forward and can be completed unsing a phone. Cons some of the reports are limited when wanting to calculate the total hours in a certin time period. apart from that I find most of the app works great.
