It’s very easy to use, and works with exactly the type of reporting we need! The projects section is extremely helpful.

I Love it and cant fault it!!! Always reliable. moved away from it for a while to Bright and didnt do me any favours. stick with Jibble.

the offline functionality and the reporting is amazing. you can see everyones timesheets in a single report and it is a print ready file.

Cons

cant fault it at all!! Love everything about it even down to the affordability of the product. and i can see how it is scalable.

Great to use. Easy to calculate time. Easy log in and able to use on the pc or in the phone app. Good customer support

It is easy to use employee management and user access are easy. Good time tracking. Able to access many ways.

Cons

If it able to selected date to another date to calculate time will be good. For example Jan 1-15, and then 16-30 or 31. without downloading.

Overall, I enjoy using Jibble, though there is still room for improvement. The platform delivers on its promises and provides the features it advertises, but the cost can be a drawback. The layout can also feel a bit confusing when you're first getting started. However, after spending some time exploring the system, it becomes much easier to navigate, and locating features and information quickly becomes second nature.

Pros

I enjoy how easy the platform is to use and appreciate the features that Jibble offers. One of the most valuable features is the ability to clock in through multiple methods, which is especially helpful for remote employees or team members working at different job sites. This flexibility makes time tracking more convenient and accessible for a variety of work environments.

Cons

I wish there were more options to customize exports, as well as greater flexibility in how employee timesheets are displayed on screen. I’d also like to see a lower price point for the features we currently use. Additionally, it would be beneficial to offer tiered packages tailored to different company sizes, with bundled pricing that provides a discount compared to purchasing features individually. This would make the platform more cost-effective and scalable for businesses as they grow.

Very positive and helpful in tracking my billable time for my clients. Haven’t tried any other similar services, but will stay with Jibble as everything works for me.

Pros

Very easy to get started, easy to edit or make revisions to timesheets, good value for money, keeps track of time even when browser is closed

Cons

The report tool feels like it could be more fluid/intuitive in terms of UI/UX. Selecting and applying the filters for the reports could be better.

Pros

What I like most about Jibble is how easy it is to use for both employees and management. The platform provides a simple and efficient way to track working hours, making it much easier to manage attendance and timesheets. One of the best features is the holiday and leave management system. Employees can submit leave requests quickly, and managers can review and approve them without any complicated process. The interface is clear, user-friendly, and requires very little training to get started. It helps reduce administrative work, improves visibility of employee attendance, and keeps all records organized in one place. Overall, Jibble is a reliable and practical tool that simplifies workforce management and saves valuable time for everyone involved.

Cons

One area where Jibble could be improved is the mobile app experience. Occasionally, some team members experience issues with the app not functioning properly, which can make clocking in and out less reliable. While these issues are not frequent, they can be frustrating when they occur. Another feature that took some time for our team to understand is that Jibble does not allow two active clock-in sessions at the same time. This restriction makes sense from a tracking perspective, but it is not immediately obvious to new users and can cause confusion until they become familiar with the system. Overall, these are relatively minor issues, but improvements in these areas would enhance the user experience.

Excellent! Very user friendly interface. Excellent customer service. Very reasonable pricing. Effective time management system.

Pros

Very cost effective software for employee time management. We've been using it for a couple of years now and it's great. Customer support is also excellent; if we've ever had a problem or question they respond quickly.

Cons

Nothing really. They raised prices last year, but it wasn't significant. There's no sign of this, but if they were to go up again quickly then I would maybe look around for alternatives.

I have found jibble easy to use and I have been using the app for a number of years now. it has always worked with no negative effect when updates have been inplimented.

Pros

That is can be used for free by smaller employers and the sign up process was straight forward and can be completed unsing a phone.

Cons

some of the reports are limited when wanting to calculate the total hours in a certin time period. apart from that I find most of the app works great.
