Adoption has been challenging, with the owners never logging in, 2 staff that refused to use, and 2 staff that used inconsistently. It is difficult to launch a system without complete buy-in from ownership, and no recourse when half of the timed staff refuses to participate. Pros It is easy to use, and the free package is good, but the higher packages are also very affordable compared to other time management systems. Cons The program requires users to have locations services ALWAYS ON, which is a battery drain. Also, 2 of my staff do not use locations services on their phone, so they simply did not participate in our launch. The set-up was also a little complex as we were never able to establish the kiosk in our office. The video instructions were not helpful. Pros What I like the most is the ease of reporting. While, I do not get the info in one place once I find it it is usually a 10 sec production. Time employee management is all at a glance and extremely easy. Cons Trying to figure out where to get the info, but Customer Support it is always amazing. Every time I connected because I was looking for something, while they might not have it they walk with me through it and found something that will give me that info. All of our contractors have been able to onboard without any noticeable friction or problems. Highly recommended. Pros We've been using Jibble.io to track contractor hours across three countries and like it very much , enough that we're actively expanding it to additional contractors in the United States. The reporting is where it really earns its place. Downloading timesheet exports in XLS or CSV by date range and contractor group is fast and straightforward, which is exactly what you need when managing distributed teams across multiple time zones. Cons The one area we'd flag for improvement is user management. Adding new users has to be routed to the organization Owner , even other Admins can't do it independently, A simple new-user request workflow would go a long way for teams with multiple administrators. Pros Customer support is extremely helpful and very fast to respond. I am the supervisor for my team and I have had to contact support on behalf of others and just with general questions and every time I get a polite and fast response even on the weekend one time and after hours. Cons The app is glitchy and sometimes I have to restart the computer just to get it to work again. For other team members they have to close the application from the task manager and sometimes that causes a glitch of either getting an insane amount of SS or none at all. Set-up was easy and only took a few minutes and I was able to use it immediately! Pros I use the free version of Jibble for my consulting practice where I advise clients and think it's the perfect fit. I can accurately track my time, understand how it's being used (for example, in meetings versus doing research), map all of that back to the right projects and clients with ease. The invoice feature is great, it gives my client's an understanding of where I'm spending my time and they find that very valuable. I've not yet come across any feature that wasn't working, but I did have a bit of a user error issue that their support team helped me with when I couldn't understand why some hours were not showing on my invoices. I also just find it easy to use, low touch and not a draw down on my time. Cons I would say that generally speaking there are more features than I need as a solo entrepreneur. I would suggest that maybe some of the team management aspects are something you can "click to enable" and the you allow a solo user to not have to wade through those other workflows. Pros It is easy to log in and out and if I forget to log out I can do so from my phone and then update it later! I have tried both paid and free version. I think both are a great value for the money! If you need additional task management functions then the paid version is fantastic. Basic time tracking is perfectly functional under the free version so I think that is a great place to start if you want to see what Jibble has to offer.
