However, occasional network errors and slow loading in the Timesheets and Approvals sections especially during bulk actions can be improved, UI can be improved. In my day-to-day use I see the most important data: which is today's tracked time total. Pros In general it is a nice time tracking tool. A pro is that it offers a chrome browser plugin for starting the tracking of tasks. Cons As we use Jibble at work, I was forced to change from my favorite browser Firefox to Chrome, because Jibble doesn't offer a plugin for Firefox. That's a big negative point for me. Additionally, there is something I don't like: From the browser plugin, it is not possible to "switch directly to another activity". E.g. in AzureDevops, I want to switch from one task directly to another using the embedded start/stop button. But I always would need to stop the running activity, and start a new one by pressing the start button again. Also, when doing that process too quickly, sometimes the stopping of the old activity would appear later in the timeline than the starting of the new activity, resulting in a timer that is not counting at all (seems to happen if a stop and new start lie within 1 min!?) It provides a very good service, a very useful tool that shows it was thought through and had time devoted to its development. Pros Ease of use for employees to clock in and out, change activities. Having a dashboard where each person can track their own hours is also very useful. Also, mobile app is extremely convenient, although it can have very minor glitches when opening. This allows access from anywhere and makes it easy when people are out on the field. Having a reminder that alerts you a break is about to finish is a nice touch. In the webapp having a quick access widget on the browser is also very useful. Holiday setting and online approval means you don't need additional admin tasks to have it organized and know who should be available or not. The cost is extremely sensible for functionality. Any queries we had were resolved extremely fast and taken seriously. Cons The initial setting up of different activities and projects was slightly confusing and took a few hours to hone in to the objectives. Also, timesheet reports when used to support invoicing are sometimes hard to read and have on occasion elements that create confusion.
