The learning curve was real, especially around admin permissions and kiosk setup, but the AI chat helper made the first week manageable, and I'd still recommend that as the best way to get started. It is so convenient in it's simplicity. I can see how it works well for big companies, but pleasantly surprised that Jibble did not ignore small ones like mine...and does not charge anything for "until the end of time" (for the most basic plan - which is what I need). Pros I ran a 8 employee small business (in California). I feel that our state has one of the strictest labor laws in the US. I had to use a software that our budget can afford to be complaint. Well, Jibble is one that was advertised to be free for a setting such as mine. Jibble is free for the most basic plan. Cons For a free plan, I had to invest a lot of time to LEARN how it works.
