They did not safely store my data, and are not taking enough steps to protect me now that my SSN (among other identifiers) was retrieved. Pros It is convenient to fill out the work form from the site. I seems to be very user friendly and the app is convenient as well! Cons My private data, including my SSN was accessed in a data breach. I was notified via a letter in the mail, and I have to call a number on my own and set up identity theft protection. They should automatically sign everyone up for that! I work in different mediums, different clients and a varied schedule, so Jibble allows me to keep all the information organized and in the same place. It's been a huge help to able to accurately track where I'm spending time to invoice the right parties and use for future time estimations. Pros The ability to separate work into activity, project and client. It's also easy to edit hours if you made a mistake and export it to a timesheet. Cons So far there hasn't been anything I've disliked about Jibble. However, the Chrome extension didn't work for me, it just took me to the Jibble homepage instead of being a quick pop-up clock in and out button which I think it was made for. I find it a very intuitive system to use. Our field staff also find it easy to navigate for time tracking purposes. Pros Easy to use. I find it very easy to add user, have them add their time, and review it as a supervisor. Cons There could have been a better setup with the Jibble onboarding team. Overall the trial was fine, but minimal guidance. After that there was no actual onboarding process. And its cheap as well and gives me the return i want also their customer support is very helpful. Its also quite easy to manage the team and onboard clients and manage them , i would say over all it is quite nice. Pros Simple User Interface and straight user flow. It does not let the process complicate and its very easy to learn. Also, team collaboration is quite easy on it. Cons i preety much like it, however they can improve Jibble AI their newst feature but I feel it would improve. Having everyone's time records in one place helps keep things organized and makes it easier to coordinate day-to-day work. The notifications can also be helpful for keeping track of time entries and avoiding missed clock-ins. Pros What I like most about Jibble is how easy it is to use. Logging my working hours takes just a few seconds, and I can quickly access my time records to keep track of my daily activities. The interface is intuitive, and the free version offers excellent value for money. Cons One small area for improvement would be the process of editing time entries. Having to confirm and explain every adjustment can feel a bit unnecessary, especially when you're simply correcting a mistake. A more flexible editing process would make the experience even smoother.
