We only have four employees who are hourly and clock in, so we are not big. But that's what I like about it - we don't need a complicated system, just something that can simply log their times and create reports to send to our accountant. The pricing is also very do-able for a small business like us. Pros I love the fact that it is so easy to use, it's just about dummy-proof. When onboarding new employees, it's easy to create their account, and there's literally no training involved because of its easy of use. Cons The last time I onboarded a new employee, I could not get the welcome/setup email to go through to the new user's email account. We are an IT company, and we know there was nothing wrong with his email account or settings, but for some reason that welcome email would just not come through. We had a construction project and it was easy to keep track of our employees and make sure they were on site. Pros I love how it is easy to access and is user friendly. I am able to track the time for our employees efficiently. I can adjust the hours if needed and I do have the ability to pull the reports for our client. It is worth the money that we have spent so far using this app. Cons My only con that I would have is that you have to go to a physical job site to put in the locations for the employees. My employees really like it. Customer support was fast and informative. Very happy with this product. Pros Value, customer support and ease of use are mainly what we've experienced so far. We haven't had it long. Cons I may not know how to do this yet, but I would like my time sheet reports to cover a two-week period but separate out overtime per week and not to figure overtime if a vacation day or sick day was used during that time period, unless, for example, it was more overtime than the vacation/sick day was. It is a little difficult to correct when they forget a clock in and I try to fix it.
