I also like that you can assign different tasks. It makes it like our current paper system, where we break everything down to make it easier, so it makes it possible for employees to still do that and it's easier on our end for inputting and paying. I've been trying it out to eliminate paper timecards, and it would be great to help save time and extra work inputting them for payroll. The initial setup was pretty easy too. Cons I would like it to be easier to input different tasks or jobs. As we have a lot of different tasks or phases we use when filling out time cards to make sure time gets split correctly for our books. It's helped me get a sense of what I'm actually spending time on, not just what I assume I am, and to make sure that my time matches my client retainers appropriately. Pros The extension makes it simple to start and stop the timer, and the reporting is straightforward, so I can always see what I'm actually spending time on. Cons The setup was a tad nonsensical. It's not clear how to use activities vs. projects vs. clients, so it took some trial and error to figure out a system that works for me. Especially the free version. In the future i would like to get a complete subscription for my needs. Pros How easy it is to clock in and out. A very nice dashboard with a complete overview about the projects they are working on. Cons My agents can manually add time entries... Maybe there is a way to cancel this, but haven't found it yet. Pros What I like about Jibble is its simplicity, very straightforward, easy to navigate and has an appealing layout! Cons What I least like about Jibble is that when you first log in, there's a huge pop up ad, I think it'll be better if it's a lot smaller and less in the way.
