Cons Sometimes it takes too much time to respond, although lately it seems much more stable. Also, I couldn't get the MCP integration callback to work in Cursor. Pros The simplicity for users, they got adapted very easily. It's simple, it doesn't require a lot of time to get used to it, and the price is good for what they're offering. Cons It's a bit difficult to customise to each company's needs, and I think you have to work around those flaws, but at the end it achieves its goal. Cons Some of the settings and reporting options can take a little time to understand at first. However, once it's done, the platform is easy to use on a daily basis.
