Pros Jibble is a comprehensive employee logging management suite containing many easy to use features, benefiting everyone on your team. With app and desktop availability, users have access to its features and notifications everywhere. Overall an excellent value for management with stellar customer support. Cons I could use more widget options for the app. Single space clock in/clock out would be great. Possibly, tap to open a small dropdown to use the time clock function or open the app directly from the dropdown while keeping it compact. Screen space is a premium and the current widget is a bit much. Right now it is 3x2 and I only use it to clock in and out. If I need to access the app i open the app drawer Being able to set the function of the single space widget in the app would also be extra useful. We mainly use it for employee clock-in and clock-out tracking and leave management. Since implementing Jibble, our leave application process has become much easier because employees can apply for leave directly through the system without using paper forms. Leave calculations are also automated, which saves time and reduces manual work. My boss can conveniently monitor employee attendance through her phone. However, the automatic clock-in/clock-out feature was one of the features I liked most when we first started using Jibble, but it has stopped working for us. I hope to find a solution to this issue. Another improvement I would like to see is automatic synchronization of approved leave requests with Google Calendar. Overall, I am satisfied with Jibble because it simplifies our daily attendance and leave management processes. Despite a few issues, I believe it is a useful tool for small offices looking to manage employee attendance and leave more efficiently. Pros \- User-friendly interface that is easy to learn and use, even for first-time users. - Automates leave calculations, saving time and reducing manual work (available with a paid plan). - Jibble AI is helpful for understanding features and navigating the system. - The clock-in and clock-out features make it easy to track employee attendance. - The geofencing and automatic clock-in/clock-out features are convenient when they work properly. - Leave applications can be submitted directly through Jibble, eliminating the need for paper forms. - Email notifications alert my boss whenever an employee submits a leave request. - Managers can monitor employees' clock-in and clock-out records conveniently through the mobile app. Cons \- Some useful features, such as automated leave calculations, require a paid subscription. - The automatic clock-in/clock-out or geofencing feature stopped working after about a month of use. The issue appeared after assigning two work schedules, and I have not yet figured out how to resolve it. - It would be more convenient if approved leave requests could automatically sync with Google Calendar.
