Pros

Very intuitive and easy for most to build project info and stages. Very intuitive for many to input hours for new users as well. We use it extensively to understand how many hours our employees spend on projects to understand our costs. We are a small scale practice and the free service is sufficient for us to be able to operate fully. The reports we get also can be prepared for specific use cases that are helpful in making decisions.

Cons

We're currently being able to use the tool to it's best possibility in the free version. The free version supports 'projects' as a a category over 'activity'. It would be great to be able to add in additional activities within each project by the users instead of the admin, so that there's more flexibility for the team to report their hours.

My overall experience with Jibble has been easy and simple. It is also very user friendly and accessible.

Pros

Easy time reporting tracking and management. I can double-check my time sheets from phone, ipad or pc.

Cons

I honesty have had no difficulties. I would recommend this system to others. It is very user friendly in comparison to other time tracking programs.

My overall experience has been very positive. Jibble was quick to set up, intuitive to use, and has all the features I need to manage employee time and attendance. The reports are helpful, and the interface is clean and easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend it to other small businesses looking for an affordable and capable time-tracking solution.

Pros

It offers many useful features, excellent reporting, and an intuitive interface that's easy to learn and use. Setting up employees, tracking time, and reviewing reports is straightforward, making it a great solution for small businesses.

Cons

My only suggestion would be to make it easier to generate biweekly payroll reports or provide more flexible reporting presets. Other than that, I've found the platform to be reliable, easy to navigate, and very user-friendly.

It is very user friendly. the clock in and out process is simple. The corrections, if I made a mistake is simple.

nothing. I lovee absolutely everything about it so far. I have not explored everything it has to offer yet, but i look forward to it.

I've been using Jibble for around a year to track my consulting time across multiple clients, projects and activities. The free plan has been more than sufficient for my needs and the interface is straightforward and easy to use. It's become an important part of my workflow and has helped me better understand where my time is spent, particularly when reviewing client retainers and project effort.

Pros

Excellent free plan with plenty of functionality for individuals and small teams. Quick and easy to log time against different projects and activities. Simple to configure projects, locations and team members. Clean interface with a very short learning curve. Basic reporting provides a useful breakdown of time spent by project, week or month.

Cons

Reporting is fairly limited, with only a small number of reports available. Detailed report exports are limited to relatively short reporting periods. It would be useful if the free plan supported client management as well as projects. For consultancy work involving frequent task switching, I found manual time entry more practical than using the live timer.

Happy to use it, if left to keep track of time myself it would be all messed up. It is easy to start and stop right there in my browser. I only work on my PC so makes it even easier.

Pros

Free Version offers the options I need most as a remote worker. I needed a quick easy way to keep track of my time.

Cons

Have gotten confused about how to choose the project I am working on when clocking in and/or forgetting to choose the project and having to go in and fix it on the timesheet.

Pros

I love that I am able to use this for myself, right away, no cost. I use it daily to track what I am working on so that I am able to better manage my time and know where my hours are going.

Cons

I wish there was a way to add a task or activity quickly without having to go into the activities/task sections. I always forget to add new tasks until I'm ready to log them.

Overall, Jibble does its job reliably and without friction. All of our contractors have been able to onboard without any noticeable friction or problems. Highly recommended.

Pros

We've been using Jibble.io to track contractor hours across three countries and like it very much , enough that we're actively expanding it to additional contractors in the United States. The reporting is where it really earns its place. Downloading timesheet exports in XLS or CSV by date range and contractor group is fast and straightforward, which is exactly what you need when managing distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Cons

The one area we'd flag for improvement is user management. Adding new users has to be routed to the organization Owner , even other Admins can't do it independently, A simple new-user request workflow would go a long way for teams with multiple administrators. Small fix, meaningful impact.

Overall Jibble has been very positive. It’s helped us manage staff much more efficiently and is easy enough for for everyone to use. The setup process was straightforward and the mobile app works well. It’s definitely helped reduce the amount of manual admin involved in tracking hours.

Pros

Simple to use and it has all the features we need without an overly complicated setup. For a business of our size it works perfectly and saves us time on admin.

Cons

Some of the more advanced features can take a little bit of time to find when you’re first getting started but once you’re familiar with the platform it’s easy enough to use.

I really enjoy my experience with Jibble it helps me track my hours in a way that is equitable to me and my employer

Pros

It’s super easy to use. I haven’t experienced bugs and issues yet. It’s not sensitive. Most of all I like being able to pause as I’m working.

Cons

I wish I could edit the task section after completing and ending work timer. This would make it easier whenever I finish tasks I didn’t initially write down.
