It was simple to set up, and easy enough that I keep using it even though I don't technically need to do so yet. Pros \- Decent features available in the free version - Easy set-up - clock in / clock out means I'm actually tracking the many many < 10 minute tasks that add up to significant time Cons Wish that you could set some basic automations / conditional rules (e.g., relationships between projects and activities) in the free version Clock out being a separate item on timesheets is a little clunky. Pros Easy to use and quite cheap compared to other options. It allows you to do lot of HR functions for a very low price so I recomend it. Cons Sometimes it's dificult to change the clock-in and clock-out of employees when they do it wrong or they forget to clock-out. Probably I don't know how to do it yet, but it's not intuitive. It is so convenient in it's simplicity. I can see how it works well for big companies, but pleasantly surprised that Jibble did not ignore small ones like mine...and does not charge anything for "until the end of time" (for the most basic plan - which is what I need). Pros I ran a 8 employee small business (in California). I feel that our state has one of the strictest labor laws in the US. I had to use a software that our budget can afford to be complaint. Well, Jibble is one that was advertised to be free for a setting such as mine. Jibble is free for the most basic plan. Cons For a free plan, I had to invest a lot of time to LEARN how it works. I am almost there, but so far, I really love it. I believe the time I have spent making it fit to my needs was well worth it. Again, it is free (for my needs, anyway).
