Using their personal phones to do time keeping. 1 solution was to use a company phone as a kiosk and then ask them to clock in and out using that all the time. Certain aspects weren't intuitively easy to figure out, but the AI chat helper was especially useful in the first week. It walked me through setup questions I would've otherwise had to figure out by trial and error. Once things were configured, it's been reliable for tracking hourly staff. Cons Setup took longer than expected. Kiosk mode didn't always work properly on the first try, admin access/permissions were finicky and didn't apply correctly at times, and getting certain names to display right in lists (different language fonts) took more effort than it should have.
