Pros I like that it's really simple to use as an employee. The interface is easy to use and I can always find what I'm looking for. Cons I find it frustrating how my employer limited a lot of features. I am a remote worker and sometimes i'm taking calls on the move and my employer doesn't allow me to use the jibble app on my phone so i always need to have my laptop. I also get frustrated that i cannot edit my times since sometimes i forget to clock in or out while I'm working. The app is easy to use for my employees and it's easy for me to run payroll. The free version takes care of my current needs and paid services are available when my business grows. Pros I love the free version, it works perfectly for my business. I like that there are additional services that I can use as my business grows. I've recommended it to another fellow business owner and they are saving so much time with scheduling and time tracking with the report functions. It's easy to use for managing employees for me and the users accessing the app. Cons I have not found anything that I dislike so far. I currently use the free version and it works great. It's hard to complain about something that works as well as this does considering it's free. I wish I can see my hours better layed out for each day. Maybe instead of a bar graph do a calander with the number of hours. Pros I like how I can clock in from Slack and how it shows up coming holidays. I like how you can see your hours on a different tab from the day, week and month.
