We needed a service that could quickly generate reports for timesheets. The free option is completely viable, but the paid option has enough extra benefits to make it worth the cost. Pros Very easy to set up, and was completely free to get up and running. The AI had answers for the simple questions without having to consult anyone for the problems I encountered. Cons It is a little difficult to manage editing employee's time when they miss a clock out. There is a feature to auto-clock them out, but if they forget to clock in, it is hard to retroactively add hours or else you get an error. Also, I'd like for employees to be able to manually input what project they are working on in when they clock in. The only option they have is to select from a pre-existing projects that an administrator has to create. We appreciate there is a Kiosk mode so we can put a locked iPad in our lobby and the employees can clock in and out there. Pros User friendly for our employees. Customer support has been very quick to respond. The value is unmatched since we have 15 Employees the basic Jibble works for us. Reporting is easy because you can export CSV directly to the computer. Cons I don't like that you have to activate an employee when they're added. It took us a while to figure out why the new employee wasn't showing on the clock-in list, but we found his name wasn't checked off. Pros I am a sole trader/freelance administrator and after a lot of research I found Jibble (free version) was the best time-tracker for my simple requirements. It is very easy to use, and the help tutorials cover everything. I especially like the switcher facility, so I don't have to clock out of one project/activity then clock into another. Cons For me the report download element is a little too much for my requirements. All I need is a simple report with the Client's name, project, activity, tracked time & rate for each activity, and over all cost. It would be extremely useful if you could eliminate the columns you don't need before downloading, it would save me so much time not having to format the excel spreadsheet for each download to show just the columns I need for Client invoicing requirements. And it´s free. Pros Easy to handle, very intuitive. Good overview on the dashboard. I like that you can choose between daily, weekly and monthly view. Cons It´s not something in the tool, but more a question of self-management: you need to enter the task/project you are working on in order for Jiible to track the times correctly.
