It has improved how we manage employee hours across different work sites and reduced the need for manual timesheets. It is generally easy for employees and managers to use, and the reporting provides a clear record for payroll. The employee management, user access and team collaboration features work well for our business. Customer support and the available guidance have been helpful, although some of the more detailed scheduling and timesheet settings require additional explanation. With improved notifications and simpler setup for overnight shifts, it would be an excellent workforce management system. Pros Jibble makes it easy to manage employee attendance, working hours and locations. Employees can clock in and out using their phones, and managers can quickly review timesheets, overtime and attendance records. User access and team permissions are straightforward, and the system provides good value for money compared with more complicated workforce management platforms. Cons Some settings, particularly overnight shifts, timesheet splitting, location tracking and overtime rules, can be confusing when first setting up the system. Pros What I liked best about Jibble was the combination of value and functionality. It offers all the features our Township was looking for at a price that makes sense, without sacrificing ease of use. It has made time tracking much easier for both employees and managers, and the app is simple to navigate. Aside from a few minor issues with location tracking, it has been reliable and has helped improve attendance management and payroll accuracy. Pros Jibble is very user friendly and offers great value for money. It is easy to set up, simple for employees to use, and makes tracking working hours straightforward. The interface is clean and the reporting features are useful for managing teams and monitoring attendance. Cons Overall the app works well, but the GPS location tracking could be more accurate and reliable at times. Occasionally it can struggle to capture the correct location, which can cause confusion when checking attendance records for remote or field staff. Where the interface stopped being enough I could go through the API and get there myself, which is the reason we are still on it. Not the flashiest tool around, but it has not let us down. Pros Small company here and Jibble covers attendance, leave and overtime without us needing anything else. What I value most is that it does not box you in: where we needed something the interface did not offer, the API let us build it ourselves. Day to day nobody on the team has issues clocking in, which is honestly the main thing. Cons The documentation is the weak point. The API is capable but figuring out how it is organised and which call returns which data took me a lot of trial and error, and a few fields behave in ways I only discovered by testing. Once you know your way around it is fine, but the learning curve is steeper than it needs to be. Built-in reporting covers the basics; for anything specific we prepare our own. That's just not what we needed as a consultancy of remote workers. Pros It was okay, didn't find it particularly good for my business as we're a consultancy. This is more for clocking in/out which we don't need. Cons Rigid clocking in/out was tedious and not appropriate for my business needs. When you made amendments to entries, you had to give a reason which is annoying and we didn't know how to disable it.
