Overall experience, great, easy to use application grade for its access accessibility to users and the employees have said that they really enjoyed it again. This is a great application to get started which there was some minor functions like GPS tracking enablement so that we can see the places that we have been to and utilize the information for mileage tracking

Pros

Triple a great application, easy to use and available for basically everybody. I help people determine what software to use for tracking and this was definitely the valley for its money as the bottom axis is that it's free however, the items that are needing to be paid are definitely worth it, especially when it comes to GEO tracking. Overall, we've had really great success with managing our employees as well as the employees of those that we recommend the application. We've got a great report from Gibble and the support team there and users have reported that it's quite easy to access the application.

Cons

Some of the functions aren't as easily or intuitive. I would love that. There was time tracking records, so we're being left similar to those a QuickBooks where it would show a overview of the location in places people have gone. This would help tremendously also with mileage tracking so that we can better track miles based on the pin points of when workers were at

I needed a way to track volunteer hours for the individuals I assist with life skills. The free version of this tool works well and meets most of my needs easily. Adding clients is simple, and it allows anyone to clock in and out using multiple options.

Cons

I encountered some issues with the inability to add projects or tasks on the fly, as I have been able to do with other software. However, the graphical user interface (GUI) did guide me in the right direction, allowing me to add what I needed and then return to assign the tasks.

After one month of consistent use, Jibble is top 1st paltform we consider for our business. The Customer Support team was responsive and helpful when I had initial questions about extends the trail version.

Pros

The Ease of Use is exceptional; the dashboard is clean and allows for a seamless transition between the web interface and mobile tracking. I’ve found the Reporting features to be highly robust, providing clear data visualizations that make Employee Management much more transparent. Additionally, the Value for Money is unbeatable compared to other tools I've tested over the last month.

Cons

While the User Access levels are functional, I would appreciate even more granular control over specific permissions for different team roles. Also, the Leave Management module is solid, but navigating the approval workflow took a small learning curve during the first week of setup.

My friend recommended this software time-tracking software. She very cutely described it as a verb ''Jibble in! Jibble out!'' and I really think this is very representative of how easy it is to use Jibble. One button is all it takes to really track your work hours. Ironically, I've had more in-person errors signing in and out working for companies than I've had on this application. Highly recommend!

Pros

I love that the platform helps me not only track my hours for my employers but it also really helps the specific projects and the tasks. It also helps me generate reports to be paid later on, which specific percentages on how much time I spent on each task. The inferface is easy to use and very intuitive. It has made report easy for my employers, and I never have access issues to my dashboard and hours.

Cons

What I liked least is trying to plug in my rate for my hours. I did not find it easy to calculate how much I was owed based on the worked hours I was supposed to submit to my employers.

it's free and does exactly what i need it to do for me and my 6 employees. setup is easy. depending on how you want to set it up, the free version even gives you clock in with facial recognition and geo fencing

Cons

free version does not provide custom excel sheet formatting - this might be my own lack of knowledge. but due to this missing feature on free sub, i cannot do a direct export to QBO i need to massage the data

The only change I'd love to make is integration capabilities. If there were more customization on the fields that could be imported into Excel, that would be amazing for my quarterly reports.

My overall experience has been time consuming and irritating. We need a platform to record and approve PTO. At first this seemed like a great platform for us. However, it is not able to adjust to a fiscal year instead of a calendar year. On January 1st, everything resets. Very time consuming to fix the issue.

Pros

Intuitive platform that can be easy to use. I think it would work well for any company that does NOT work on a fiscal year.

Cons

Lack of customer support (difficult to talk to someone on the phone and/or schedule a meeting) and the inability to use the platform easily because we use a fiscal year from July 1 - June 30. It makes calculating PTO very difficult because it resets in January.

This has been such a seamless and easy set up for my small business. We currently have 4 employees and I was looking for a paperless system for 2026. I'm so happy we found Jibble! It is a much better process than our old write-it-down-on-a-printed-timecard system. Thank you, Jibble!

Cons

The geofencing option eats up phone battery like crazy! We had to turn that off. In an 8 hour period, with no other apps running in the back ground, our phones averaged a 70% drop in battery charge. It must be pinging their location constantly. This is especially true for Android users. iPhones weren't as bad, but still a batter drain. Wish we could use it, but can't.

While it does allow employees to switch between projects easily and comfortably, I believe the auto clock-out issue is a major drawback. If you need to work more than 8 hours, it forces you to keep an eye on the time right around that window just to hit 'clock in' again so you can keep tracking your extra hours

Pros

It is a great advantage can use a Mobile App and software in PC. It is very easy to use, the information is clear and user access is friendly.

Cons

Sometimes after about an 8-hour shift, sometimes at 7:58 min and other times at 8:04 min more or less, the clock stops automatically without the worker hitting 'clock out'. You only realize it when you go to clock out later and it tells you that you already signed out X minutes ago.

I started using it in January, so far it's been good, I haven't had to use any customer support yet hopefully it stays that way, managing my employees has been fairly easy to do as it's very user friendly, it allows me to set specific tasks and see how much progress they tackle on with those tasks, so overall very good, very user friendly, would recommend 10/10

Pros

It's free, just what I need for my game dev studio, it has an easy learning curve and a lot of my developers are getting it on fairly good.

Cons

Well it does the job, i'd say some features are limited on the free version, if only I could track the activity they do or know if they sit idle or not getting those hours.

### "Great time tracking tool for businesses of all sizes"

Overall, it's been a great experience. Customer support is quick and efficient, and the dashboard is very easy to navigate and understand. The free version is great, but the paid version is a game-changer and a great value for your money.

Pros

I've been using Jibble for about 9 months now, and it's been a seamless integration process into my business. I enjoy the ease of use and reporting features. It's very simple to understand and a great tool for companies of any size. I also like that it integrates perfectly with Slack. One of my favorite items is the product update portal, which tells you about planned integrations and some integrations/features that are in discussion. It even allows you to submit your ideas, which I think is fantastic and very customer-focused.

Cons

The only con I've experienced is customization of the start of the week. Our pay periods go from Sun - Sat, but the calendar is set for Mon - Sun. It's not a deal breaker, but we do have to do some manual calculations for payroll from time to time.

overall expiriense is great, i will definetely use this system on the next job site. One of the best options if clock in/out based on location, it helps a lot for people that constantly have issue with remembering to clock in/out.

Pros

Value for Money is amazing, customer service is very helpful. There are a lot of confinien features that makes easier to navigate.

Cons

app reliabiliuty, often when a person sign in with NFC card at kiosk station is says clocked in but at the end of the day it says clock in again, not clock out. Phone app, when you check who is clocked in at momnet half of the screen is useless map, another half is a list of people. Wish that you can see the list on entire screen. In reports generated in excel would be great to have a column of how many people were clocked in at per day. That is helpful when you want to check how many people specific subcontractor had on site at certain day.

### "Jibble - The best time tracker on the market"

Great experience. Easy to use, easy to navigate and download reports. Without a doubt, Jibble is making my management easier.

Pros

It's just what I needed, not more, not less. Now I can track my employees work time, and use my own tools to make numbers. I like Jibble because is simple, easy to use, (workers love that), easy to set up and access. Also it allows me to customize projects and activities, that's an extra I was really happy with. Finally, the report shows me the data I need to do my numbers. I haven't tried costumer support because I haven't been in the need. Without a doubt, for me, JIBBLE is the best time tracker in the market. It's value is great and for less money.

Cons

As I was saying, is what I need. I don't need advanced features for this purpose. So there's nothing I can complain about Jibble. Well, they could improve the "changing project/activity feature"

honestly is a really good app and website for those who want to improve them self's, what i will want more is just more things like the tracked hours ( Configure dashboard ) we want some more

what i like least in jibble is just that he don't have a dark mode, an connecting with some app like Youtube music or spotify i will like it mooore if you add those one's, and a last think which is really important for me is the configure dashboards i will like if you add some more i don't know exectly like but im so proud of what you create good luck
