There were times I found them exaggerating the number of hours they had worked or leaving the job sites. Jibble makes it easier to be honest. Pros Jibble allows me to manage the employees in my construction business. I can use the GPS to see which job site they are at and it's easy to track how many hours were spent on each project. It has been easy to set up new employees on the app as well. Cons I felt that the plan I'm on was misleading. When I signed up, I thought that the six slots I was paying for were all for my employees, but I have to use one of them as the supervisor. One of the biggest positives is how easy it is to set up and grow your team. Adding new technicians or removing ones who’ve moved on is quick and straightforward, which makes managing changes painless. The technicians picked up the app pretty quickly, clocking in and out is simple, and I really like the geofence feature that ensures they’re actually on-site. The photo capture when clocking in is also a nice accountability feature. On the downside, there are a few usability things that could be improved. As a salaried manager, I don’t need to track my own time, but I still show up in the timesheets, which feels unnecessary. Approving time off also wasn’t very intuitive, I had to click around a bit before I found the right place to do it. The interface has quite a few different pages, and it can be a little cluttered, especially on the left-hand navigation. Some features are part of paid upgrades, which is completely understandable, but it would help if those options were clearly greyed out. Right now, it’s easy to accidentally click into something only to realize it’s not included, then have to backtrack. I haven’t used the invoicing or admin features yet. Right now I’m mainly using Jibble to hold my team accountable for showing up on time and working full shifts, and it does that job well. It was easy to introduce the system to people and implement technically. It works on classic Web serach or mobile version on tablet in Polish language that was crucial. There were few moments when the support was needed and I got everything on chat. Pros A lot of options, easy to introduce and implement in a different enviorments of Company. App works in many languages, there are reporting options with print out possibility to xls or csv. It offers good stability of a system. When needed a live support on chat helped me several times. Cons Some important options are available in premium paid version. But even some options are available in ultra version (paid) instead of premium (also paid). However it is still good value for money.
