Pros

Easy to use, very straightforward interface and excellent funtionality.

Cons

I guess it's hard to do anything when I don't have an internet connection, for example, and I need to start a break so that it doesn't keep counting my minutes. But that's not necessarily their fault.

Greater efficiency in the team's time management, pretty much eliminating recording errors.

Pros

I like the intuitive and clean nature of the interface. It is very easy to use and is pretty much idiot-proof. It has saved so much time recording in/outs, and the algorithm to compute the weeks/months is solid. I can't thank Jibble enough for the program.

Cons

I don't like that you can see your co-workers comings and goings. I wish there was an admin option to turn that off. What ends up happening (sometimes) is people can end up being nosey about who is in and who is out.

Pros

This product made it easy for my company to ditch the spreadsheet and get better look at how our time was being utilized.

Cons

There are a few features that are very counter intuitive. I contacted support and they helped me through these issues and after that it was a breeze to use. I would love to see solutions for some of these issues in the next update.

Pros

I like the Geo localisation and map for specific clock in areas

Cons

sometimes on the App , it doesn't show the right localisation.

Easy attendance app , with selfie and location based attendance

Cons

Missing feature to see in/out times of all employees of one full month in one place instead of work hours. To keep an eye on punctuality.

I have tried many time tracking software, I couldn't find any one that suited the team. Jibble came and fit in because we have been using Slack for team communication

Pros

Slack integration. Jibble integrates smoothly with Slack. If you already use Slack for team communication, Jibble can help you track your staffs' attendance. A staff just sends a message 'in' to punch in and 'out' to punch out

Cons

Selfie Check-in. Not everyone like selfie so not everyone use it. I have never used it. I would rather prefer checking-in with QR code which is more formal

We understand that some are not ok with taking selfie and QR code is a good idea too but some blue collar workers don't even have a mobile phone. We may look into that as well in the future. Can generate reports everyday. Can see how long each employee worked. And if they did a task or not.

Cons

You have to change status everytime you do a task. Some times it can be time consuming.

I dont see any issues with Jibble they are user friendly and can be made to track your records and for the payroll to keep track of salary wise. Its perfect!
