Pros I like the simplicity but also the integrations of it. It’s simple to use and easy to understand but at the same time there’s some customization. Cons Some small features are locked and only available if you upgrade from the free plan. This is a bit off-putting. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind paying to get better or more intricate features, but maybe features such as disabling employees from editing their time entries on the free plan would help with avoiding inaccuracies and conflicts. This is a simple feature I believe should be available on the free plan. Besides that, other features marked for the pro plan is understandable. It would also be great to have features that fit with a remote company/organization. Basically a company that doesn’t have a physical office. It has met a big felt need, without requiring payment. Pros I need to keep track of work hours and Jibble does this for me easily. So far, the price is very reasonable, since the features I have needed are available with the free plan. Cons I have a number of different work categories. Sometimes I want to keep track of work times and non-work times. When I get a week's total it is not clear how I can add up only the work categories, but maybe there is a way I don't know about. Pros Our needs are simplistic, but that is not to imply that this service is light on function....quite the opposite. User interface was the most straight forward of all the services we "test drove." Elegant, yet simple and easy to navigate You can easily set up Billable Items and Sub-Items. While we choose not to use the clock feature of this service to track time, Jibble has this as well. After the initial set up, adding hours is simple. At month end, we simply pull a report of hours Per Client / Per Project and enter in our Accounting / Invoicing system. There is an integration, provided by Zapier, if you want a bi-directional flow of information; however, we have not chosen to utilize it. In short, Jibble is set up for basic needs like ours, but gives a pathway to more complex project management structures.
