We are a small nonprofit with 3 employees raising around half a million per year. I use other tools in conjunction like excel, and InDesign which is really easy to do by downloading csv's from Eleo. I have always been very satisfied with the customer service, finding them both helpful, pleasant, and prompt. **Pros:** Eleo is hands down the best priced CRM and offers most of what the other CRMs offer at a quarter of the price. Integrating with our payment processor and website have been key. Being able to customize fields to collect specific information allows for great donor management. There is a great capacity for making reports customizable and being able to filter just the right information for your needs. The above and beyond customer service is extremely helpful and prompt. **Cons:** In the past I have had issues with forms not functioning during high traffic times like of #GivingTuesday and have chosen to use another provider for this day. In fairness this was several years ago and we have not tried a high traffic day since. It’s user-friendly, efficient, and has truly transformed the way we manage our operations. **Pros:** The Eleo team is always responsive and offers outstanding support whenever I need it. They've been incredibly helpful in ensuring I get the most out of the platform and customizing it to meet our foundation’s unique needs. I especially appreciate the one-on-one training sessions, and I can always find a convenient time to connect. **Cons:** The system doesn't support our letterhead template.
