They are very attentive, and I always get a live person. Pros We are able to keep record of our donors, supporters, and create and manage events using the software. It makes everything easier and simpler to maintain. Cons It would be nice to have a peer to peer fundraising platform through Eleo. Staff is always available to help with questions. Pros The price of it and the item options for its value were exceptional especially for small beginning nonprofits that do not have such a huge donor database yet Cons Struggled with Braintree and trying to use that with gala options. But that was because we are a start up in the first year and did not have a lot of capital to secure funds. It's easy for people without much experience in databases to make better use of the system. Pros I like the ease of use, the reports, and the applicability of uploading and merging multiple spreadsheets into the same database. " April 9, 2018 5.0 Pros We love having all our donor records in one place. We get donations through a variety of avenues and the rep makes it so easy to input everything and search the data. And really easy to send thank you letters and donation tax receipts out. It really only takes a quick orientation to understand the in and outs of the software. And if you have any questions or concerns their customer service is great. Cons We honestly have no complaints! We have had a wonderful experience with the rep! Never have I been left on hold for hours or waited for a reply for days. I wish I had known about this platform years ago. After which we import the data into Mailchimp where we create the mailings. That said, Eleo does what we expect from it. Pros The best thing that we like about Eleo is that it is extremely easy to set up, very simple to use, and does exactly what we need it to do. Cons Honestly, there's not much to not like about Eleo. It is an excellent repository of donor data that makes creating lists quite easy to accomplish. Pros Eleo is easy to set up and has wonderful customer service. The system is intuitive and Eleo allows for customization to really make it fit your organizations needs. Cons The Constituent search features, do not allow you to search by first and last name together like other databases. Pros The customer service is very good. My questions were answered promptly. The price for the system was the lowest of those we investigated. That is what pushed Eloe over the finish line. It is a clean easy to use system. The articles in the library are very helpful. We switched over from a dying system to Eleo and were up and running within a week. Cons Not much. I don't have anything to say about cons. It's a concise place to gather the name of my donors, their gift giving trend(both for this year and historically) as well as to keep notes about the donor. Pros I like the ease at which I could enter my information into the system. Additionally, the reports are very specific and easy to run. A very user friendly system. Cons Label function is limited. And I had issues with missing information when did my first download.
