They are very accessible and answer questions quickly. I have found it to be very helpful and it has really helped with our overall fundraising goals!! Pros The user interface is extremely easy to use and very intuitive. There are lots of ways to customize it so you can get exactly what you want. Cons I have not found any cons! Our last software was extremely tedious and to do any task took a lot of time. ELEO makes things extremely user-friendly and provides a lot of support both in the software and through their customer service. It's very easy to run the reports you need and to see exact snapshots of where you are at with your fundraising goals. Pros Cost is great. You can't beat the feature to price ratio. Highly recommended for low budget nonprofits. Specific features I like: fundraiser event tracker, has a membership tracker, several integration options, grant tracker. Can fairly easy be deployed on a website. Cons The style is a little out dated and not hugely intuitive. But I have definitely seen why worse. Features to value I have not found anything close. Review Source JC Jonathan C. We will be implementing grants and volunteers in the next few months. We look forward to utilizing most of what is offered. Pros It's a robust software, but simple to set up and use. Also, it is helpful for related events to promote our cause. Cons There has been only one instance where I found it difficult to organize a list. The home screen dashboard makes finding donor information quick and easy. The search tool is extremely helpful and the reports are perfect for what we need! Cons As a non-profit business, we are always looking for ways to save money. We switched from a hardware product with no subscription cost to Eleo earlier this year, meaning our costs for donor management went up.
