I've been very pleased with the product. I have 2 properties and 2 other staff people who share the iGMS tool. We all seem to be able to communicate well and see what is going on.

Pros

iGMS keeps me very organized and the customer service is outstanding. It's been worth every penny. There is no way I could run my business without it.

Cons

some of the tools are hard to find, not where I might put them but the customer service always gets me to the right place

The site and support made it surprisingly easy to sync my properties. The interface is very user-friendly. The support is second to none.

Pros

The platform and interfaces are intuitive and VERY easy to navigate, making the data very easy to visualize. And the service is exceptional. Someone responds very quickly and ALWAYS provides a solution. iGMS is an excellent value and has completely removed the stress from managing my short-term rental properties.

Cons

I've been a customer of iGMS for more than a year, and I manage two properties on the site, and I have absolutely no complaints.

As for the double bookings, they occurred because the listings were not merged, and therefore calendars weren't synced across the channels. iGMS customer support is so helpful. As a somewhat technical person, but new to APIs, their customer support walked me through their docs and helped me automate some processes. They were clear and helped me clarified so much for me. Outside of their API support, the product in general has helped us automate so much of our Airbnb business at an affordable price for a mom & pop shop. Great product and service.

Pros

Very knowledgeable, understood most of my questions on the first attempts. Patient with my lack of knowledge.

Cons

Response time was a little long, and there were a couple questions that I had to rephrase or ask again, but still very happy.

The mobile version is not as good. Very slow and not very clear. The dashboard could also be designed to be a little clearer.

The overall experience has been very positive so far and their reviews were good from the start which gave me confidence to move forward.

Pros

I signed up for a 14 day trial, and \[sensitive content hidden\] with IGMS helped me set up my website. He met with me several times and answered all my questions about the service I would me signing up for. He was very patient and clear on giving me advice on setting up a website to offer my vacation home for rent. He was kind and told me if I had any further questions I could contact him in future.

Cons

I am going to pay for an account for the first year and give this software a good chance to assist me in finding renters and if I feel it is a good service I will continue to move forward with them.

I had a linking problem with VRBO that I created by accident. iGMS helped me solve it and so all is good now.

Pros

I have been working with iGMS now for more than 2 years. They are always great to work with. Whenever I “mess” something up….. and that happens, believe me, iGMS staff is always very ready and willing to straighten things out. I would highly recommend their service to persons working with on line vacation rental properties. Tom

I am very pleased with IGMS, it have save me a lot of time and simplified my processes. I would have to check 9 different site a day and to change pricing was a nightmare. With IGMS i can do it simply from one place. Setup was simple and support has been great.

iGMS does everything I need. My favorite feature is adding team members. I even have my pest control service manager added so he can see our calendar.

Cons

The only thing I don't love is that for direct booking, I can only set up stripe to deposit to one bank account.

My overall experience with IGMS was excellent. The customer support term is very responsive and was instrumental in the set up.

Pros

IGMS is an excellent platform for managing my short term rentals. It has the ability to sync my booking calendar for AIRBNB, VRBO, and Booking.com preventing double bookings. I has also made messaging my guest easier because I can do it from the software regardless of which booking engine I am using. I would recommend it to anyone looking to start a short term rental business or even anyone managing just one STR property.

Cons

I had some difficulties setting up VRBO and Booking.com in the IGMS software, but their customers service was excellent and got me through the process.

I couldn't be more stoked to recommend iGMS to everyone! It makes my life SO EASY managing my 4 Airbnb's. Gosh, only if my life was this easy everywhere else as iGMS truly made my life so simple. I couldn't be more happy with the product.

Cons

At the moment, my only recommendation would be adding a feature where a cleaner can have multiple hosts as well rather than being linked with only one hosts. For instance, my fiance and I both use iGMS as we both have our own properties. Well, we use the same cleaner. My cleaner has to use two difference emails to make it work when I wish they could just have multiple properties and multiple hosts under their one account.

### "Great Channel Management Option"

Pros

Customer service has been huge. They usually respond within 24 hours to all my inquires and at least show interest in addressing my concerns. Some concerns require feature updates and aren't immediately resolved, but they tell me the development team has been informed. I do wish they would have a public facing issue tracker so I can have confidence that my requests are being tracked.

Cons

Their channel management from on channel to the other is not consistent. For example, we cannot restrict weekend checkin/checkout for Booking.com which causes a lot of logistical problems for us because our cleaners charge us double for weekends! They say they are working on this integration but again, I can't see their issue tracker like most other software companies. Overall, I'm satisfied with IGMS.

### "iGMS automates the whole Airbnb experience"

As mentioned, the key benefits I've received from using iGMS is a huge reduction in the amount of time I need to spend on messaging guests, which in turn has reduced the amount of stress I had from managing the Airbnb to almost zero.

Pros

I love iGMS, it makes managing my Airbnb property incredibly simple. Before iGMS I found the communication with guests to be very stressful, having to remember to send out information at particular times, reminding people about check out times etc. With iGMS I have been able to automate 90% of all the communication, while still having it feel personalised to the guest.

Cons

Really there's nothing I dislike about iGMS, they could add a few features here and there (like it would be great to include a weather report to guests when they check in for example), but overall, it's awesome.

### "Exactly what I needed"

Really helped to link all booking platforms so no double bookings caused by ical sync

Prefect for channel management and online bookings

Cons

Only nightly rates for direct bookings. No way to set weekly discount for direct bookings. Would be good if you where able to give discounts on 5 nights, 7 nights, 14 nights tho this may change in future updates.

### "The Gold Standard for Short Term Rentals"

iGMS has some areas to improve but is already the leader in my opinion because they are focused on continual improvement of the product and provide excellent customer support.

Pros

IGMS has quickly become the gold standard for managing short term rentals. I luckily stumbled upon iGMS before launching my first short term rental and was so glad I did. There are a lot of other tools on the market, but iGMS is sure to become the leader because of their continual effort to expand and improve the capabilities of the software.

Cons

There are a few things that still need development: - Direct booking module is functional, but clunky if guests are booking months out - No ability to accept damage deposits with direct bookings - No autoresponders to guest messages

Troubling at first, but they made it right and I respect them for that. I wish they would have starting things off with a sense of integrity, as I feel for the people that have to go through what I did, but I am glad they corrected their mistakes once a public review was written. My advice: If you truly want them to honor the free version, don't let them push you into a paid slot. You may have to push back in terms of making those weird and sketchy sales tactics known. Hopefully they correct that behavior immediately. If you manage multiple houses or under 4 listings, give it a try. Lots of value in just simply not having to wait for page load times to navigate multiple message threads. I doubt they even realize what a profound value add that is, its huge.

Pros

automation of - communications - reviews \*\* quicker interface for communications then airbnb they solved some issue where in airbnb direct you have to wait for a page to load to get to the next message, or response, whereas airgms solved that and you do not have to wait for page load times.

Cons

There were some rocky moments with the customer service team, they seemed to have some profound hesitation around honoring the free trial and some clear pressure to sign on to a full membership, but with some consistent discerning feedback and by actually writing a review on here, they quickly shifted their approach, honored their agreement and turned the tide towards service a value filled free offering, with option to upgrade. The upgrade is more expensive then it is worth by far for anyone running a single property and listing each room, as they clearly have it priced by listing based on the idea of each whole home being a listing, so it prices me out of product viability for an upgrade for quite some time as a startup, but the free version for up to 4 listings and the paid version once your running 3-4 whole houses would both be a great value for the dollar.

If the above cons are impoved or fixed the program would be perfect. Still a good program and has saved me a lot of time and headache. Grateful for it.

Pros

Very easy to use Nice interface / design Good support Automation is great Reviews and inbox work well and save time Housekeepers can see all their future cleanings at a glance Can invite property owners to check their calenders and help with pricing if desired. Has good flexibility of options for invited staff / clients

Cons

Clients telling me they can see other peoples listing calendars despite me only giving them access to theirs. Clients saying they cannot see the pricing of current bookings in their calendars despite the 'financial viewer' button checked. Clients cannot access an 'entire month' view of their listings to change pricing making it more difficult and frustrating for them No client notifications of new bookings when they happen Automatic responses on my end, mark the new bookings and messages as 'read' preventing me from seeing what's new and causes me to have to go through each message on a daily basis to see if they asked any additional questions. No holiday price increase suggestions in the calenders. Lack of a designated tab in transaction history showing deductions made by airbnb due to decisions against us. The program has been a little buggy. No website creation intergration option I can see

The easiest way to access the 'entire month' view would be through a single calendar.
