### "IGMS makes STR simple and easy."

We are extremely happy with IGMS. We would recommend IGMS to anyone looking to take their STR to the next level.

Pros

Love the simple integration for VRBO, Airbnb and Booking.com. IGMS makes it so easy to have all 3 STR sites active without the fear of double bookings. Plus having a stand-alone website allowing direct bookings is priceless. Just one website booking covered the cost of the IGMS

Cons

Wish it connected to a few other STR sites.

Great - Just Started 1 Month now - Such we started that have been helpful with set up but I reached out for help creating my Direct Booking Site and no one responded so I did it myself and Saved $199

Pros

The service with online support. \[sensitive content hidden\] Is Awesome! Easy to deal with and Easy instructions for troubleshooting.

Cons

That I only can get help via online support and not a live person when urgent issues arise ... Sometimes you want to be able to talk to a live person.

Nothing could not use software. Waste of money and time.

As for the double bookings, they occurred because the listings were not merged, and therefore calendars weren't synced across the channels. The site and support made it surprisingly easy to sync my properties. The interface is very user-friendly. The support is second to none.

Pros

The platform and interfaces are intuitive and VERY easy to navigate, making the data very easy to visualize. And the service is exceptional. Someone responds very quickly and ALWAYS provides a solution. iGMS is an excellent value and has completely removed the stress from managing my short-term rental properties.

Cons

I've been a customer of iGMS for more than a year, and I manage two properties on the site, and I have absolutely no complaints.

Overall really like the system and especially like that the team does a fantastic job resolving challenges when they arise

Pros

The people that run it. Always very responsive and understand the topic when I contact them. \[sensitive content hidden\] was very helpful getting the sync resolved with Vrbo today!

Cons

Wish adding a new property was easier (like copy existing property and just edit it - maybe there is and I don't know). Not a big deal since not adding properties often (plan is 1 every 1-2 years)

The mobile version is not as good. Very slow and not very clear. The dashboard could also be designed to be a little clearer.

IGMS has given better value for money as compared to others, there are some bugs here and there that the team seems to be keen on fixing as i report and ask for help. On the topic of the help ive have gotten, igms is not the fastest but is surely responsive.

Cons

Id like the interface to be a bit more comprehensive as i move through the app and the online platform.

### "Really wanted this product to work - Customer support makes this product terrible"

Program = awesome Customer service and support is a deal breaker. Overall, very poor experience

Pros

The features and ability to edit your products pricing, content is above the rest The reports are awesome and the dashboard is easy to use The calendar is good visually

Cons

As other users have mentioned setup is a challenge however being reasonable tech savvy I got it all together....however a lot of the guides are dated and lack detail therefore this process was slower than it should have been. Finally I ran into issues which were beyond my control and repeatedly requested customer support to look into it, however all they did was repeat the same answers over and over without identifying a solutions. In the end I cancelled my subscription and only then did they come back and say 'ah actually it is an issue on our end, but before you have now cancelled we cannot fix it' I really did want to use this program but even after replying to that message they still had no accountability or wiliness to provide proper support and customer service - If this company starts investing in proper customer support they will trump their competition, until that happens beware if you use this system.

iGMS is a well-designed and effective application for managing my property. It's simple to use and has the features I need. Essentially is does everything I need it to do, and it does it well.

Pros

I particularly like that (1) it receives the prices I need from PriceLabs, adjusts them for each channel, and feeds them on correctly, (2) working with the calendar is efficient and it syncs quickly, (3) supports AirBnb co-host integration, (4) my cleaning team can access the calender, (5) it integrates with my home heating setup, and (5) the customer support is super responsive.

Cons

It only works with AirBnb, Booking.com, and VRBO. At the moment, these are the only 3 channels I need, but it could be an issue in future or with other properties. But everything else worked well and I don't plan on needing other channels.

It's been pretty good. I do want to access more features,but I haven't made the time and I know it has more to offer. IT was created a better way of booking cleans for our cleaners.

Pros

Love that you can see a day at a time for check-ins and check outs. I appreciate the reports with ease.

Cons

I would like to be able to access things like discounts on my phone like I could do on Airbnb. I am unable to adjust weekly or monthly discounts from phone. Sometimes< as a busy owner, support is crucial and I have had to wait/ and communicate through email which makes problem solving more painful than needed. We don't have time to communicate like that. So more staff for chats/ phone calls would be great.

I just wanted to try one, and see where we went from there.... As well as price point I believe (it's been awhile since I even looked at different programs. )

### "After research numerous vacation rental management tools, none are as good as iGMS"

Overall, it has been flawless once I got it up and running. It is now managing my rental properties and there has never been an issue. My customers may not know they are often communicating through iGMS, but they love the service I give them because of it. Thank you.

Pros

Although I have a technical background, I was happy to see the software was extremely easy to set up. I was able to connect to my AirBnB host account, connect all my properties, and give the software a test run within minutes. Having tried other competing software, that was a welcome relief. In addition, the software has lots of flexibility. I don't run my vacation rental exactly like all the big companies, and iGMS gave me the ability to choose the features I wanted and ignore the ones I didn't.

Cons

As a vacation rental owner, I am looking to automate as much of the rental process as I can. Unfortunately, one of the hardest problems I've come up against is the ability to automate providing door codes for the WiFi locks I have installed on my properties. There are solutions out there but that software can cost upwards of $1000 per month to use, and although iGMS is extremely cost effective, it does not have great tools for syncing with remote locks.

Reason for choosing iGMS

It had almost all of the features of the other competitors at a significantly better price.

### "The BEST STR Channel Manager"

With iGMS, I'm always confident that my calendar is completely synced across platforms, pricing is up to date, my guests are well informed, and my cleaners will always show up. Anytime I have a question, customer service gets back to me via chat within the same day. 100% worth the $16 a month subscription.

Pros

I tried many different channel managers before deciding iGMS was by far the best solution. It offers a ton of functionality that makes it easy to run a short term rental across Airbnb, Vrbo, and direct bookings - like a unified inbox w/ multiple users, automated guest messaging, cleaner management, and syncing with PriceLabs. While they have an ok mobile app (works on the go), the experience is very good on desktop. As a bonus, I'm also about to create a direct booking website using their WordPress widget, which integrates reservations directly into their platform.

Cons

5 stars for being way ahead of the competition, but there are a few areas of improvement iGMS has needed for a while: -The app is slow and doesn't display a 30 day calendar of bookings on a single screen like (PLEASE add this!!!) -Automated messages can't be sent on a specific day of the week (trash reminders, etc). I have to use hosttools.com in addition for this. -Can't add a security deposit to the direct booking charge via Stripe

My only complaint is the messaging portion moves a little slow.

After sampling several options, I found iGMS to be the most comprehensive and easiest to use.

Pros

iGMS makes it simple to stay in communication with new inquires and current guests at our vacation rentals. Airbnb doesn’t allow me to create and save template replies. But with iGMS I’m confident that our guests will have all the information they need quickly, even if I’m out of the office. This program handles multiple listings and channels as well. Do you list on multiple channels such as Airbnb, HomeAway, VRBO? iGMS handles multiple channels with ease, it’s why I chose this company and I’m happy with the results. The app works well on my phone as well, ensuring ease of communications even if I’m out of the office. And the few times I need assistance with the program, iGMS Tech Support is very responsive. I highly recommend this service for anyone in the vacation rental industry!

Cons

When I tried to have my housekeeping use the software they could see the whole calendar, not just their assignments. Perhaps a new feature could be added that would email a custom calendar with assignments exclusive to each employee.

### "Very pleased with the tool"

Pros

We have been using the tool from the very beginning and very much pleased with their functionalities, ongoing improvements and fantastic support. Our firm is in Hawaii where vacation rental business has a very high volume and turn around. this tool has been stressed tested by us and we recommend it to anybody who want to automate the management ranging from a few units to hundreds.

Cons

there is no statement functionality or integration to quickbooks

Pros

IGMS is a good channel software platform. It helps manage my multiple listings across many sites.

Cons

some double bookings occur. although customer service reacts promptly

We also have to admit that double-bookings is something that's a big problem in the short-term rental community. And it seems that no one is fully protected from it yet.
