### "Absolutely Excellent and Great Asset for any property rentals"

Pros

iGMS has always had superior support and a product that has everything we need to manage two rental properties, from ownership, to team members and task assignments. We have been using them since January 2022 - 3-1/2 years now. The coordination between admin and renters is extraordinary with the inbox feature and the automations of many templates that can be sent out with little effort on our part. Connecting the iGMS program with the external channels such as Airbnb and VRBO was a breeze to set up. We even had a property owner switch when the properties were sold and iGMS could easily go on as if no property owner switch had taken place. In other words, we did not have to take-down and rebuild from scratch. I have never seen such robust programming have such a user friendly management. iGMS has thought of it all and has really put their users as their highest priority. Every single chat support agent is a real human being and extremely knowledgeable and very fast with their answers, never having to wait on them and never having to get frustrated with them. ### "Great Customer Service and product"

iGMS customer support is so helpful. As a somewhat technical person, but new to APIs, their customer support walked me through their docs and helped me automate some processes. They were clear and helped me clarified so much for me. Outside of their API support, the product in general has helped us automate so much of our Airbnb business at an affordable price for a mom & pop shop. Great product and service.

Pros

Very knowledgeable, understood most of my questions on the first attempts. Patient with my lack of knowledge.

Cons

Response time was a little long, and there were a couple questions that I had to rephrase or ask again, but still very happy.

Excellent. Support is always responsive, and my life is much easier as a property manager. I have only one place to go...not a half dozen...to take care of customers.

Pros

Avoiding multiple inboxes with various OTAs is very nice. I also appreciate how responsive they are to support inquiries. The cost of iGMS is very reasonable when compared to some of their competition.

Cons

I wish it synced with Quickbooks. But, not many PMSs do. Sometimes syncing doesn't line up perfectly, but support always comes through in the end.

So far it has been a very good experience. When I messed things up, they were right there to help me fix it. The integration with VRBO and Airbnb has been seamless. Very impressed. Thank you iGMS!

Pros

I think my favorite thing about iGMS is that they are right there to chat whenever you need. I don't have any other software that has a team that responsive.

Cons

There really isn't anything I don't like about it. I haven't had anything go wrong that wasn't my own fault.

Over all of the others, I felt iGMS was the best bang for the buck. If I ever choose to expand, it will grow with me. The price was great. I don't think you can beat it for what you get. Service is incredible. That alone makes it worth it.

I switched over from Hostaway to iGMS and the difference has been incredible. Hostaway was clunky, confusing, and difficult to navigate, but iGMS has made everything so much easier. The platform is very intuitive and user-friendly, and I was able to get up and running quickly without frustration. Their support team is also outstanding — fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Managing my rentals is no longer a headache thanks to iGMS. Highly recommend

Pros

From the start iGMS has been great, they are very responsive, the software is intuitive and the price is right. Their support is also immediate, with other platforms you have to wait a long time to get a response.

Cons

After using it for about a month, there are not many things I can think of that I don't like about iGMS.

I have been using for 3 years, it has helped me a lot handling multiples properties in multiple platforms.

Pros

Good and helpfull tool. Direct Booking, automatic messaging and Reports are really handy. Good value for money

Cons

Mobile App is slow and hard to use tome times. Interface fails some times and it is slow to upload. there are 2 versionsboth are not good

Great - Just Started 1 Month now - Such we started that have been helpful with set up but I reached out for help creating my Direct Booking Site and no one responded so I did it myself and Saved $199

Pros

The service with online support. \[sensitive content hidden\] Is Awesome! Easy to deal with and Easy instructions for troubleshooting.

Cons

That I only can get help via online support and not a live person when urgent issues arise ... Sometimes you want to be able to talk to a live person.

Pros

Easy to navigate, great layout, easy to use in general! Rates are great, customer support is great and site is well laid out with all the features I was looking for, and even better, at a great price!

Nothing to comment here, overall great experience so far. Customer support if quick to respond and helpful.

IGMS has given better value for money as compared to others, there are some bugs here and there that the team seems to be keen on fixing as i report and ask for help. On the topic of the help ive have gotten, igms is not the fastest but is surely responsive.

Cons

Id like the interface to be a bit more comprehensive as i move through the app and the online platform.

Overall really like the system and especially like that the team does a fantastic job resolving challenges when they arise

Pros

The people that run it. Always very responsive and understand the topic when I contact them. \[sensitive content hidden\] was very helpful getting the sync resolved with Vrbo today!

Cons

Wish adding a new property was easier (like copy existing property and just edit it - maybe there is and I don't know). Not a big deal since not adding properties often (plan is 1 every 1-2 years)

It's been terrible, i had my property listed and unlisted by this software and it cause my reservations to be messed up causing me to lose two reservations and payouts. Which would have been avoided if I could actually cancel this damn software. The support has been awful, asking me why to cancel over and over and i keep telling them to cancel. Now here I am. I hope you do not treat all your customers like this, it's honestly ridiculous. Good bye. STAY AWAY

It's the only channel manager I have used so I can't compare but it is easy to use once I figured it out with the help of iGMS support.

Cons

There are still some features missing that I have passed on before like add to cart for the guest when booking more than one room.

Ok, so after deep diving reddit and YouTube, I ended up going with IGMS for my property management software. Functionality is great, and I haven't found any flaws yet, everything works. Every time I've reached out to customer service they have been able to resolve my concern and point me in the right direction. Its clear the people selling this software actually care about the product and functionality. The Ai message drafting feature is awesome, I use this to draft responses to guests.

Pros

Excellent software and customer service.

Cons

The only thing that I have found so far was that iGMS had a steep learning curve because its so encompassing. Other than that, its great!

My overall experience with IGMS was excellent. The customer support term is very responsive and was instrumental in the set up.

Pros

IGMS is an excellent platform for managing my short term rentals. It has the ability to sync my booking calendar for AIRBNB, VRBO, and Booking.com preventing double bookings. I has also made messaging my guest easier because I can do it from the software regardless of which booking engine I am using. I would recommend it to anyone looking to start a short term rental business or even anyone managing just one STR property.

Cons

I had some difficulties setting up VRBO and Booking.com in the IGMS software, but their customers service was excellent and got me through the process.

Puedo gestionar todas mis propiedades desde una sola plataforma, lo cual es una gran ventaja. Los informes financieros también son muy útiles para tener una visión clara de mis ingresos y ocupación.

Sería ideal que pudieran integrarse con más métodos de pago en Latinoamérica, como Mercado Pago. Aun así, se puede operar sin problemas.

La automatización de mensajes, sincronización de calendarios, integración con múltiples plataformas.

Cons

La aplicación móvil funciona bien para lo básico, pero sería ideal contar con todas las funciones disponibles ahí, como acceso a reportes o constructor de paginas web, uno quiere hacer todo en el celular.

Overall, I am a happy with igms and will continue to use them.

Pros

Free for those that are just starting out. Once you develop your business you then can add the pro features. This was critical for startup businesses as you if you don't have that much money to invest. I am now loyal to IGMS and they have been upgrading features consistently.

Cons

There are some app glitches that can be annoying to deal with and it takes to long to load the app each time. But if you bring this glitch to IGMS team developers they seem to fix in a timely manner.Also the billing is a bit confusing. there is no bill history like most online business you use. you have to search your email for your invoices.
