Overall the experience was super positive. The easy to use platform allowed us to feel confident our staff was safe.

Pros

I really liked how easy of a system SafetyLine was. It helped our staff report effectively and our team to have visibility into our workers working non-conventional hours.

Cons

Everything was really good. We stopped using as we don’t have a night shift.

Pros

\- Increase in psychological safety for staff- Decrease in time spent locating staff in case of emergency- Decrease in response time for possible emergency- Increase in staff accountability and time management

Cons

In the company user history report for Report GPS, it would be nice to have an additional option to see closest streets/avenues, instead of GPS coordinates. I do like having the GPS coordinates, but if there is an emergency in our field, we may not have the time to track back and select individual coordinates.

Overall pretty good, but there have been a few false emergencies due to missed check-ins where workers have signed in, but the system hasn't processed their sign in correctly.

Pros

Once you have everything set up it is easy to use on a daily basis.

Cons

Monitors and the automated alerts from SafetyLine are not able to contact lone workers directly on their inReach or SPOT devices directly if a check-in has been missed. The automated calls to the lone worker's cell phone are often of no use because the lone worker is out of cell phone range and the unless the monitor has the lone worker's specific inReach programmed into their phone they have no way of contacting the inReach/SPOT

Works well if you have unlimited data. Otherwise the "phoning in" is a challenge in areas without cell service (rural community)

Pros

Using the App for the phone. the app is easy to use if you have a data plan

Cons

Nurses report using too much Data on their personal device as IHA does not provide a work cell or access to data. A reminder "ding" or alarm would be nice so we remember to check in.

We are at the final stages of implementation. So far the technical support has been great and acceptance with staff has been good.

Pros

Provides a consistent monitoring. Ease of use. Time Savings for Managers with employees in the field.

Cons

It takes a fair bit to get set up for all users, monitors and groups. That said once it is up and running it works very well.
