Customer service is very poor and unprofessional. I was genuinely surprised by the lack of basic courtesy, receiving responses in all caps and in a rude tone. In 4 years, we have only reached out a couple of times, and now I clearly understand why my technicians want to migrate to another system. Not only were we not provided with a solution, but we were also treated poorly by someone named \[sensitive content hidden\]. Overall, if you are looking for a system that works at a basic level, it may be sufficient. However, do not expect ongoing support or continuous improvements over time.

Pros

’ve been using the software for 4 years. regular software for basic repair shop, is a long way to do one ticket. be ready in front desk because you will need at least 15 min.

Cons

It is operationally robust, but it lacks updates and has fallen behind in terms of user interface improvements. What I find particularly problematic is that you cannot perform upgrades within your own database. To update, you are required to “archive” items one by one manually, which can take an extremely long time.

Until last year, everything was fine as an experience, but the last 6 months have been a problem. I was pretty shocked when I was booted as a client and they did not want to do business with me anymore, because paypal had tried twice to get the money (30$/months) within 5 days, and said that there were insufficient funds. I must admit, this has happened other times at the beginning of the month, but none of that was my fault but the bank vs paypal communication. However it does not justify the fact that they decided to cut ties with me and that I was problematic on the payment. I offered to pay in advance, or to pay directly, but they accepted only paypal subscription. I'm really disappointed in them

Pros

Ease of use, quality (online service), no problems on the technical part whatsoever

Cons

Updates and new functionalities, rarely happened. The interface is pretty dated. The worst part, I used this software for more than 6 years, but they thought that a single client was not a problem to leave, only because from time to time, paypal or the bank, did not accept the monthly payment.

So far so good we will continue to use this software at least until the current project bears fruit.

Pros

After some customer support help, we were able to deploy this software and even further our goals for our new operation.

Cons

It did take some extra time to get up and running but their customer support staff was very helpful and got us going in the right direction.

Loved how everything integrated together. Easy way of tracking the phones,and repairs. EOD reports as well.

Cons

Nothing really, It has streamlined the process. I had to get the IT guy to get it set up to show me how it all works.

It is extremely responsive. No downtime. It is very easy to use and understand. It gives great inventory reports and accounting for a great price.

CellStore has been an excellent company to work with. I have brought a few request to their support department and they have always addressed each requested or issue very quickly and have provided fantastic support

Pros

The software is so easy to use, can be customized for your individual needs, gives a great overview of all aspects of what is happening in your business

Cons

Adding a picture to a file was briefly disabled, but it is back now .
