I have used CellStore Software for the past 18months and have been happy with the product, support, and their steady updates. We use it daily to manage sales and invoices, repairs and repair tickets, and customers. Dennis in support is fantastic. This is the software I wish I had 10 years ago when I first started my business.

Has made everything more effiecent, feel more organized

Pros

Loved how everything integrated together. Easy way of tracking the phones,and repairs. EOD reports as well.

Cons

Nothing really, It has streamlined the process. I had to get the IT guy to get it set up to show me how it all works.
