Offers confidential meeting space for individual sessions as well as groups and webinars. **Pros:** Zoom allows flexibility so less likely to need to cancel sessions due to inclement weather or time constraints. **Cons:** Pop ups come at times that are inconvenient such as when I'm about to start a meeting with a client or begin a group or webinar. We have successfully hosted many webinars with Zoom and never faced issues with video, audio or audience interaction. **Pros:** It's a very good platform for hosting webinars and virtual events, or video conferencing with a very large number of participants. If you have a stable internet connection, Zoom offers exceptional video and audio quality. Customisable registration, ticketing, in-event chat, live polling and Q&A makes it a very versatile application. **Cons:** It's a bit expensive. If you have 100+ participants the cost goes up further.
