The software also utilizes many options, such as voice call only (without video) when joining your conference call, in which your preferred profile picture shows up in your place. It also allows for listening in on the meeting while muted, allowing the user to multitask while they are joined in on the meeting. Cons Perhaps the software can use some improvement when it comes to the aesthetics within the functionalities of the software. Plus, Zoom's AI and recording functions help us capture special moments we use in our marketing. Cons Some of the management functionality in the admin portal is not intuitive. For example, I can edit a specific webinar by clicking on the name of that webinar, but there is also an "Edit" button which controls a completely different set of options. I am currently using it to organize my meetings and my manager uses Zoom as well so it’s effective to have clients on the same platform. Pros It is so easy to organize a meeting with as many people as I can. I just need to generate a meeting ID and a password and give it to my team and they can access the meeting anywhere via any device. I get notifications as well when people are waiting to join the meeting. One click and they enter the room. Really helpful. Cons Zoom has its own calendar where I can see the meetings but it is not linked to the calendar in my phone.
