Accessing the screen size is not much difficult. 3. List of participants can be seen in separate window so it does not affect my screen view. 4. Chats are also available in separate window. 5. Screen access can be provided for the other participants. 6. The meeting is totally controlled by the host like, screen share, Lock the meeting, Allow Waiting room, Participants able to chat, unmute etc. 7. Screen share has multiple options like the entire screen can be shared, or the particular window to be focused on, etc. Options like whiteboard are also there. There is an advanced option to share portion of the screen, share only the computer audio and the second camera portion which is outstanding compared to other meeting providers. Also files can be shared from zoom meeting. 8. Sharing video has multiple options like having an image in the background to avoid household items displayed in the background. Cons Cons: 1. The main concern we face is, the meeting can be started only by the host. If in case the host is unavailable due to some critical situation, other people should wait till the host arrives. 2. Since host controls everything like screen sharing, allowing participants to chat or not etc, it sometimes becomes an hindrance during the ongoing call. Every time people has to check with the host whether the screen sharing is enabled or not. 3. Cons The most disappointing thing is the duration of meeting restriction. I understand it, since it is a paid program. But what bugs me, is that when creating a free meeting, I can not choose duration of 45 minutes, but only 30 minutes, even when the meeting will be 45 minutes. Also multiple host can manage it which make ease as it is difficult to manage all the attendees during the conference. Screen sharing, live chat, individual chat and access controls are one of the good options which feel ease in use that is why mostly users like to use it as it is also user friendly graphic interface. Through the covid times we learn multiple things in which virtual meetings, conferences and webinars are top of things we used and these type of tools help us in ease of meetings webinars. It also save the time and the cost which can be utilize somewhere else. Cons Each application has their own pros an cons and some features may be dislike by others so opinion can different of different people. According to my view, Zoom notification need to get improve so host and attendee can get notify of any message as mostly people share the 2nd screen and chat is minimized so chats are missed. Background changes need to improve as many people do not want to show what is behind them or better background appearance may attract others so it need to get improve.
