I really like zoom because it allows you to attend meeting virtually and it caters many users on at the same time. It allows me to record the entire meeting and presentation and help me utilize my artphone for sharing through Zoom as well in Shared screen mode. Zoom's sound is clear also. I really enjoyed using the app.

Pros

I use it weekly to attend for our virtual meeting. I am very thankful for having the zoom application since we cannot have our face to face meetings yet with my colleagues. It is very useful also that I can download a copy of the meeting so I can listen to it again when I’m doing my minutes of the meeting. I am very happy that It’s easy for me to share my presentation thru a share screen, I also have learned other features where I can demonstrate from my smartphone and that makes it a wonderful tool for mass meetings such as general assembly.

Cons

What I like least is the comment section because I cannot unsent messages yet.

Pros

It is a great product to organize the webinars, conference or meeting through it. Also multiple host can manage it which make ease as it is difficult to manage all the attendees during the conference. Screen sharing, live chat, individual chat and access controls are one of the good options which feel ease in use that is why mostly users like to use it as it is also user friendly graphic interface. Through the covid times we learn multiple things in which virtual meetings, conferences and webinars are top of things we used and these type of tools help us in ease of meetings webinars. It also save the time and the cost which can be utilize somewhere else.

Cons

Each application has their own pros an cons and some features may be dislike by others so opinion can different of different people. According to my view, Zoom notification need to get improve so host and attendee can get notify of any message as mostly people share the 2nd screen and chat is minimized so chats are missed. Background changes need to improve as many people do not want to show what is behind them or better background appearance may attract others so it need to get improve.

It's been a very smooth journey since I stated using zoom. It helps me in providing educational accessibility for those due to disability or other means cannot commute to lecture rooms to have equal opportunity to educational resources just like anyone else.

Pros

The soft ware is very easy to use, from installing to actual use. My favourite features include the recording, screen sharing, the notification and the ability to assess the attendees. Besides the laptop or desktop, it works efficiently on mobile phones.

Cons

Honestly I have tried finding anything negative with this app, but can't find any. So for now I am enjoying the product.

The ease with which it can be used. The many features is also a great asset. Connectivity.

Cons

This is not necessarily a problem with the app so much as it is with the user's connectivity. If your bandwidth is low your reception and contribution can be sorely affected.

I believe that Zoom is a useful platform from a professional point of view to teach classes, hold meetings, seminars, among other activities. Screen sharing, voting, even the option to react between people using emojis, I find it an innovative new way to maintain communication and focus on what is being seen and heard through a screen.

Cons

In my experience, when you have the free version of Zoom, it is true that you do not have access to many of the paid options, but I would suggest that the time of the meetings could be increased to 60 minutes instead of 40 minutes. It is a disadvantage that I find. It is sometimes difficult in the middle of a meeting or class to regain attention and concentration when you have to reconnect due to the 40-minute cutoff.

It is an amazing application with many features that makes the communication and interaction between workers or students. I recommend this application.

A whiteboard option is best for those who want to elaborate or clarify things live.

The way we host a web meeting, or a webinars is just like making a simple call and connecting a larger group to the same webinars. Everyone who listens to our webinars gives a good ratings about the presentation and the quality of video and audio. We can connect to as many people as we want with zoom webinars, enabling us to connect to a larger audience at a certain time.

We can't say we dislike the product as zoom is one of the software which we are completely dependent when it comes to hosting a webinars or meeting online. Sometimes there seems to be having bugs like voice starta repeating or sometimes video struck in the middle but i think this is also a problem of internet but not zoom.

Excellent. Zoom really helps me with my side hustle especially when I need to present even in a very quick time. Zoom is very handy and easy to access. I highly recommend this app.

Pros

Zoom has a lot of helpful tools but what I like the most, is it's content sharing feature. As I user, it makes a lot of difference having able to share your content while doing a presentation. It makes your viewer understand your content more.

Cons

I am still enjoying all the zoom's feature now. Maybe for improvement, I hope zoom can have a different space for files when someone is sharing a link. Not in the chat box but in another space when you can pin it so anyone can view the files easily.

Zoom has allowed closer collaboration during COVID-19 and offers a significantly better video conferencing experience than Skype with the inclusion of a lot of useful features.

At the onset of COVID-19, my company made the switch from Skype as our primary video conferencing technology to Zoom. While Skype is still our primary method of instant message communication, Zoom is on used on a daily basis for collaborating virtually. It is a very easy to use product that offers a variety of features across meeting security, annotation, chat, screensharing, participant list and invite, and scheduling. The most used feature for myself is screensharing. I appreciate that I can share either my entire screen or a specific application. I have never had any instances of security breach or “Zoom bombing” and overall have had a great experience integrating this product into my every day remote work.

Cons

With how I have used Zoom thus far I have not had any issues in the technology nor have I identified any missing feature capabilities. For the purposes of my work I find it more run sufficient.

\- I was able to convince my Community Board which is composed of mostly elderly individuals to switch over to Zoom during the pandemic. - I have successfully created tutorials over Zoom and made physical documents for them to gain the confidence and be hosts.

Cons

I have trouble with the phone interface. I’d prefer for the thumbnails on the iPad and iPhone since those are the products I use to be small and able to be resized just like on the computer.

During the most stressful time in history if help our company survive and keep our employees save. Crisis is a real lif challenge which every company had to face. Technology like this helps use move on and grow stronger as a company. Communication was part of our survival and needed during a stressfull time. Internal traing was done with Zoom and information internal as well as externally was managed very well inspite of all the staff shortages with customer's service.

Pros

Our network was stretch out to the limit because of labor shortages. Zoom meetings were helped in many different time zones which makes our job easier. Communication and speed are key during the Pandemic. Keeping clients safe as well as employees is very important indeed. No one really appreciates software or high-tech until you see it work in the workplace. Safe work environment when time for staying far apart. Knowing how to send messages fast to the client and the customers. We want to be safe and stay healthy and technology made it happen.

Cons

During labor shortage had long customer service issue. Admen and the internal network had some issue in adapting to the slowdowns in the network. we use internet allot and we rely on it a whole lot which makes us very dependent on it. When it fails or does not perform the way we want we panic and stress out. When it cuts out or slows down or if we cannot login when we want during high volume time period lik 2pm to 5pm during our most high demanding time.

Doing virtual events management has been a breeze utilizing Zoom Webinars. In this fast-paced world of spotlighting presenters and advancing powerpoint slides and playing videos, the lack of latency allows the event technician to have confidence in managing the event without second guessing the technology.

Pros

The simplicity and ease-of-use of Zoom Webinars is fantastic for anybody new to hosting a one-to-many type of presentation, such as company town halls. If you've used Zoom, you can use Zoom Webinars, as the interface is practically identical. The absolute lack of latency is incredible considering how many features are involved compared to other video conferencing platforms, as I will expand on later.

Cons

Nothing really. Amongst the "big 3" of video conferencing software during the covid era though, compared to Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex, Zoom does have its reputation of the security breach issues which is a factor in the difficulty to convince users to utilize Zoom over the other two. Otherwise, the ease of use of Zoom is what wins over Teams and Webex.

The all round features from screensharing, member capacity, connectivity and a lot more. My personal favorite is the transcription feature which is crucial for people who cannot attend the live lectures and want to just read what occurred.

Cons

The time limits on meetings but it is also a business aspect so makes sense.

### "Zoom Brings everyone in one room."

My overall experience was amazing, fantastic, good and great. Because i get my all online classes by zoom without any physical attendance. I cleared my interview online by zoom. And finally i got my certification just because of zoom. So for me it was like Angel.

Pros

The most thing which i like of zoom is that i can use it anywhere on my job in my room. I am doing security job and for me it was impossible to take offs because its cuts my salary. I was willing to do some virtual training program to enhance my skills and make my CV stronger to grow in my future. By zoom its become very easy i take my all classes by zoom without taking any leave and i give my interview as well by zoom. Finally I cleared my exam and during COVID-19 pandemic i completed my certification. That was very amazing experience for me.

Cons

Hmmm. There is nothing least , but some times wehen i was not much familiar with zoom i use headphones some times i get confused during call connection because we need to select the option. I think it shoul be automatic connected when we use it . Rest all was good for me.
