The first is that you can share it with others and stream it on other platforms like YouTube. You can also run two audio coils for translation, which makes it easy to operate internationally. In the webinar you can send small groups to rooms and also bring them together again and you have the opportunity to give others the lead. It's also great that you can share any format with the others like video, text or other sources and formats. You can also change your profile and what others see of you with certain settings. You can also send other participants a private message about the process or other messages during the meeting. Cons One of the things I don't like that much is often when you have questions the support doesn't answer or very slowly. Unfortunately, you also have to say that the program is very faithful and that you can't share a lot with a mobile app and not all the functions that you have with the desktop version. You have to buy an extra license for this webinar and you can't get this function with Zoom pro. In some cases, certain IDs are not displayed or cannot take part in a meeting. Pros I like the chat and the functionalities zoom provides to enhance a fluid interaction between participants. The cherry on the top of the cake is the ability to share your music. Be it in moments you want to put a reflective meditation song so that participants can better reflect, or an upbeat one right before they enter the room be it in the beginning of the session or when coming back from the break rooms. Cons In moments where there is clapping, the host should be able to enable the possibility to all be heard when clapping. Zoom only has sound channel at a time. I also enjoy how zoom has a recording feature which has proved very useful to me on many occasions. Cons I dislike how zoom does not allow you to easily share files through it, even in the chat. It's also helped us transition to better work from home during this crazy time. Pros The best thing about Zoom is that it is very easy to use. Send somebody a link and they'll be able to get on a conference call. Cons The worst thing about Zoom is that the quality of the video conference sometimes leaves a bit to be desired. Cons Currently, these features are good as is specially when doing a webinar. Pros Zoom is simple to use and especially now (as a result of COVID) nearly everyone is familiar with using it so less issues with less-techy ppl than some less-known platforms. Cons I did find that on one occasion a few people in my group were unable to enable their cameras. I'm sure it was possible but if there was an easier way the app could help troubleshoot that would be great. " February 21, 2022 5.0 Taking meetings in my boxers and wearing formal clothing on half of my body is a nice experience. Taking meetings remotely is something I enjoy. Pros Video conferencing is a pretty easy way to get a lot of people together: whether it be for a formal meeting, a classroom teaching session, a presentation, or even an informal e-meeting. The video chat runs smoothly, and the audio quality is excellent: even if multiple voices are heard at the same time, there is no jamming or glitching. Mostly I love that I can have meetings with people from other countries. Cons The fact that anyone with the code can access the set meetings is not a good thing. I would love to have more privacy. It would be nice to have a pause button when you can't get through a meeting. Nonetheless, I have no complaints. Student Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "One more option for your meetings" November 8, 2020 4.0 I met Zoom through an entrepreneur who held weekly meetings to train his affiliates (where I was one of them) selling her products, she used the zoom for these meetings and since then, I started using it. Today, I even take courses that make their content available through this platform, both live and recorded. I have the experience of using this software both on the computer and in the application version for smartphones, in both cases, it works relatively well, but in my opinion, the application delivers a better experience. Pros The option to record the meeting or class so that it can be made available and assisted later by people who were absent at that time. Of course, attending a meeting live allows for greater interaction and a different experience with the content, however, the recorded content allows people not to miss important information. Cons Zoom does not allow a person to access the live meeting only using the smartphone's browser. When doing this, the user is redirected to the app store where he is obliged to download the App. For me this is a negative point, because, many times, the user does not have space on his cell phone, so it would be interesting Zoom, have an option that allows the user to attend the meeting without having to download the application on their smartphone. Cons I feel like sometimes the connectivity isn't always 100%. I know that this can rely heavily on the internet of each individual, but I feel like connection gets dropped sometimes.
