“Exceptional advanced interface easy to navigate”

OverallAsiatech channel manager has helped us to merge and sync our room inventory with the booking engine of the hotel website developed by them only and thus it has helped us to a greater extent to sync with all the OTAs and OTPs also. There by reducing our energy and labour cost at front desk.
ProsI have been using Asiatech channel manager since September 2015. It has been 3 years on a row. All otas are connected . They keep on synchronizing with new OTAs and OTPs . Really cool. Our yearly average occupancy has touched 50% which is quite exceptionak considering the fact that our hotel is located in a grade 4 city like mahad raigad. Kudos to team asiatech!!!
ConsThey should concentrate more on the R&D of the Property management system which is still in novice stage.

“Good Program for Hotel Rates”

OverallI would use it if you are able to take a small loss on profit for a night but other than that its a great program to use in order to fluctuate rates in order to get you the most profit in the busy times.
ProsThis was a good program to use in order to fluctuate the rates of the hotel with demand being low or high in order to keep the prices variable. It was useful because it would change the price of the room according to occupancy rate that day and whatever we set the rate at.
ConsSometimes in the slow time the prices got to low for the rooms causing people to get a very cheap room making out profit very low.

“Overall its good”

ProsThe user interface is very simple and easy to use and single clicks we can check all the details. I used this channel manager personally for six months. I had really great experience.
ConsCustomer service is not good. Before purchasing this product they will answer your questions but after all this they are on vacation or off duty.

OverallI am very happy with there services
ProsI use to working in hotel industry last 12 years and use many channel manager but ASIA TEACH is on of the best.
