Thanks Pros I appreciate the flexibility in applying the rules, and it also removes the gloomy image of the system from our minds. Cons ve noticed a few gaps in the system that are causing issues. For one, if a staff member only registers one fingerprint, the system can't enforce the rules properly, so I'm stuck doing it manually. I’d love to see this become automatic. Also, there’s a loophole where employees can claim overtime during their standard shift hours—we definitely need to fix that." "There's also a problem with the bank branch column in the payroll sheet. It uses a dropdown menu that doesn't include all branches, and since we can't type them in manually, we have to do the whole thing by hand." Being able to track my monthly attendance and calculate all my data is a great flexibility I never had before. especially that I am seeing the same thing my company can see. Pros The flexibility of attendance tracking The ability to add all my documents online and freedom from paperwork. The missing punch option is great as it saves me a lot of hassle. management of my leaves and permissions. Cons It may glitch sometimes, which may make me lose the ability to input my clock-in and clock-out times; this is mitigated by the missing punch option, though. But it is frustrating.
