I like the versatility and options with Amazon Pinpoint. You can create communication templates that better match the feel of your messages.

Pros

I am an art educator. Sometimes I need to create a campaign that gains attention towards the art department. This could be to make fundraisers, gain attendance to art showings, or create a community with active communication between parents of students, students, and fellow educators. Amazon Pinpoint is an excellent way to form these communities and organize communication. For pricing, there is a free trial available. The monthly rate is pretty low at $3.50 per month.

Cons

Certain features in Pinpoint cost the subscription fee. Users cannot get a full understanding of what the software can do unless they pay money for it.

Pros

This software is very easy to use, it is customizable and helps when you have a lot of customers to contact at one time.

Cons

There could be more choices in the basic templates when sending out messages.
