It's been a great experience so far. I still have a lot to learn about using this software, because I believe I can make my reporting even better with the tools that I am offered.

Pros

The number one thing, like most, is how fast the LIVE tech support reaches out to help if I have any issues. Honorable mention: the new picture-editing system is great!!

Cons

If I have to, it would be the price, but the caveat is that you definitely get what you pay for, and that makes it worth it IMO.

Overall, the inspectors seem to be pleased with the reporting side. The other features will come in due time, as many already have.It’s a well rounded software that’s easy to use. The support staff is phenomenal, as well.

Pros

It’s streamlined and the UI is simple. I have to give Spectora a lot of credit- they are open to feedback and don’t mind putting their architects to work adding/ modifying features subscribers request.

Cons

Lack of customization in payments. Even with the advanced, there’s only 1 payout account. Which means we have to collect payments twice.

Spectora for me has been my day one software. I was one of the first to present this software where I’m from. Now it’s the norm. This software has been a great addition to my process. The integrations are a must if you’re busy all the time. The email and text follow ups are a must in these times. I’m a if it ain’t broke don’t fix it kind of guy and this software is the new standard.

Pros

The features it provides makes my onsite reporting quick and effective. The search bar to find pre written comments quick. Clients also are impressed with the first impression layout and realtors love the built in amendment builder that makes it a breeze for them to move forward with the process.

Cons

There’s some glitches here and there that can get frustrating at times. Titles removed after saving a new comment, keyboard gets stuck open when taking a picture and the maximum zoom out pictures. I would say the price is expensive but the amount to me has always been part of my yearly expenses since I started.

Glad I started with Spectora due to the proficiency within the software. I receive my payments next day! That is very important.

Pros

As an inspector, you're constantly searching for ways to streamline your business while projecting a professional image. With Spectora, their automated notices and handling of the payment process is a huge win for me as my time can be spent inspecting and writing reports. Customer support is always fast and spot on solving my issues within the software which always user error! Additionally, as with all inspectors, I load a high volume of images from an inspection into the report. Spectora's latest version performs this action quickly and with added options for making notes on the image. I highly recommend Spectora to any inspector.

Cons

In addition to the published report, I would like to add a document that is of my own as it relates to maintenance. Looking for an updated version to add a PDF.

Very good, they have a lot of updates and continue to grow the system by taking home inspectors comments to heart.

Pros

Ease of use, understandability by clients and agents, quick customer support, built in automation systems, and online scheduling capabilities

Cons

inability to utilize split payouts for multiple inspectors, use of modifiers is clunky and time consuming, inability to record certain inspection notes automatically.

So far so good I think they need to work on their AI capabilities a little bit but other than that, Agents seemed to really like Spectora and the biggest thing is repeat business from that. Also automated emails and text messages so you don’t have to remember to do it for me. That’s the biggest thing.

Pros

Key thing I’ve noticed is the repeat business I’ve been getting from agents after they see a report from Spectora. Also the automation options email and texts makes the job 10 times easier.

Cons

Biggest thing were recently is they try to invoke this non-optional deal where they were advertising add-ons to customersthat they had to fall back on. They caved into some public pressure then went back now. You can opt out of it.

A+++++++ system. I LOVE every aspect of the system. The mobile V10 system is awesome with no latency ever!

Pros

I like EVERYTHING about Spectora! If your using other programs...just try Spectora. Great customer service AND the AI generated help system...answers all your questions VERY easily. Literally...not need to call...but if you do...they are quick to answer! Also, the AI generated descriptions for defects on a job are outstanding!

Cons

Nothing to say here...really. The software is great. The support is awesome. Discount for paying yearly and they are always staying ahead.

Extremely disappointing! !

Pros

The level or support provided to ramp up my use of the tool has been very impressive. The automated AI support as well as human support has been far more than sufficient.

Cons

I absolutely abhor the integration of biometrics into the payments portion of the tool. I have provided more than enough high quality PII (Personally Identifiable Information) to substantiate my ID and find the use of biometrics to be wholly unnecessary. Consumers really need to push back on the ever increasing use of biometric and smartphone technology to engage the marketplace. If the ID "verification" I encountered cannot be remedied, I will be requesting a full refund of my one-year subscription.

Pros

I love how easy this system is to use. I get lots of good comments on how quick the clients get the report.

Cons

The only thing I need to do is learn how to add some other areas for my country inspections. I cannot think of anything I don't like
