They have a few meetings with you to go over the software and walk you through everything Pros Everything, scheduling, the report writing, payment, contracts. Everything is ran through spectora and has given me my life back. I used to inspect homes take pictures and come home to write the reports. Often times late into the night. Now 90 % of my report is done on site. I love it and wish i switched earlier. I used to use home gauge web writer. Cons That my home gauge templet / Comments were unable to be uploaded due to the use of web writer on home gauge. September 22, 2024 5.0 I am well pleased with this product and very happy I chose to go with Spectora as my inspection software. The realtors I work with on a regular basis love the reports and how easy to read they are. Pros Can use on my phone, tablet, and pc with them all being synced together. Love being able to use video and it is embedded in the report automatically. The reports are very modern, clean, and easy to read for clients and realtors. The user interface is very intuitive and easy to use. Cons Videos only capture 30 seconds of each recording. The app will crash in the field and you will need to close it and reopen it to continue.
