Pros

Quick learning curve for such a feature-packed program. Of course, as I mentioned, customer support is outstanding.

Cons

I haven't found anything yet as I am just learning to use it. It seems to work well and the least thing I like is not having my own personal consultant helping me until I'm up and running ;)

### "Top of the Line Inspection Software"

Pros

This software is the top of the line for home inspectors. It's easy to use and filled with extensive libraries. The interface was super user-friendly.

Cons

The pricing of the software is what caused me to switch. As a small business owner, I needed to find another software that was more economical.

Pros

The look on the Clients face when they get it Bang!!! Realtors so when will I get a Copy. Wait for it...... Bang

Cons

I haven't had any issues with the program thus far. I would like to have the agreement have a place that we can add a cancellation fee on it.
