CIDAAS offer with its APP and alternate options a wide range of alternate solutions and it's up to the tenant administrator to define what is required / allowed to his users.Because of requirements from GDRP many alternate IDM solutions who are owned by non-EU companies or even hosted outside EU are not always an option since personal data (Name, email, Phone etc.) need to be shared with the IDM to implement identify checks and 2FA/MFA. Therefore, a key benefit is that CIDAAS is hosted within EU. Cons Like to have CIDAAS more visible in the market to make IT security team accept it easer as "standard solution". Gerade beim Support sind wir sehr zufrieden, hier grenzt sich Cidaas stark von anderen Dienstleistern ab. Pros \- Die Integration in unser bestehendes System in Zusammenarbeit mit Cidaas war verhältnismäßig einfach. - Für die Migration von Nutzern stand eine API bereit - Die Oberfläche ist modern und einfach zu bedienen - Viele hilfreiche Funktionen, wie REST Apis als Mail Provider oder konfigurierbare Webhooks zu Events - Die Möglichkeit von Custom Fields an Nutzern und JWT Token Cons \- Die UI Performance ist an manchen Stellen etwas schwach - An manchen Stellen fehlen Informationen in der Oberfläche, welche im System jedoch verfügbar sind. (z.b. Our team can concentrate on building features for our end-users, knowing that they have a safe, secure access to the telemetery platform. Pros When we started to work on a vehicle telemetry platform, we wanted a JWT and OAuth 2.0 based, secure IAM with features like social login, group & role management, reporting and fraud detection. Cidaas got us off the ground in no time with all our IAM needs while abstracting away all the unnecessary details, and providing interceptors & middleware for Java, NodeJS and other programming languages. They also provide rich SDKs for rapid app development in Web, iOS and Android. The Cidaas team is highly responsive to our needs and queries. Cons So far we have not come up any major cons with Cidaas. Having middleware for Python would be a big plus for us though.
