The platform provided a smooth, user-friendly, and well-structured experience. From a researcher’s perspective, I was particularly impressed by the platform’s flexibility and comprehensive range of features. Although the dashboard and research tools can initially feel overwhelming, especially for first-time users I would say, the platform becomes significantly easier to navigate once you become familiar with its functions and workflow. I also appreciate the level of customization available, as well as the Response Quality Management features that provide greater control over the reliability and integrity of collected data. The convenient distribution options, including shareable links and QR codes, further enhance the overall research experience. Ultimately, Conjointly is a great and valuable research platform that offers extensive tools for both respondents and researchers. With some initial time dedicated to learning the platform, users can take full advantage of its features and efficiently create and manage their own research experiments. Pros What I really like about Conjointly is that my experience with the platform actually started when I participated in a survey through the Conjointly domain. I was impressed by how smooth and straightforward the process was. The platform has a very user-friendly interface and a well-structured survey experience, which makes the questions easy to understand and answer. Because of that positive experience, I became interested in learning more about Conjointly. I searched for the platform online and eventually created an account so I could explore and use it for research purposes as well. One of the features I particularly like is the dashboard. At first, I found it slightly overwhelming because of the number of features and options available. However, as I became more familiar with the platform, I found the dashboard to be very comprehensive and useful. Like for example, the option to launch an experiment provides different research methods to choose from, depending on the purpose of the study. These include testing, pricing, video response, conversation surveys, and other research approaches. Personally, I am particularly more on in using the Conversation Survey feature. As it allows me to easily create and customize survey questions based on the objectives of my research. Conjointly also provides attractive and professionally designed templates, which makes the survey creation process more convenient. Another feature I find very useful is the availability of automated responses, which can help streamline the survey setup and respondent experience. I also really love their Response Quality Management feature. It provides useful controls for maintaining the quality and reliability of responses. Like for example, users can set restrictions such as blocking multiple respondents from the same IP address or cookie, as well as specifying which devices respondents are only allowed to use. These options give researchers greater control over the quality and integrity of the data they collect. Lastly is the survey preview, i really love using it which allows me to review how the survey will appear to respondents before launching it. Once everything is finalized, the platform also makes it easy to distribute the survey through a shareable link or QR code. Cons What I disliked about Conjointly is that the platform is technical in nature, especially if you are a first-time user. If you are new to research platforms or are encountering Conjointly for the first time, the wide range of features and tools can initially feel overwhelming and may take some time to understand. Although I appreciate that Conjointly provides support for users who need assistance, including the option to make inquiries or schedule a call for a guided walkthrough of the platform. However, given the number of available features, new researchers may still need to invest some time and effort in exploring the platform and familiarizing themselves with how each tool works. In my experience, the learning curve is worthwhile. Once you become familiar with the dashboard, features, and overall workflow, creating and launching your own experiments becomes much easier and more efficient. I believe that a more simplified onboarding experience or more guided tutorials for beginners could make the platform more accessible to first-time users. Review Source ES Eshwar S. Stellar customer service and super usable software. Pros One of the the best survey tools out there, better than a number of paid services, available for absolutely free. Paid tools are very powerful (as I have tried them using the trial), and work/look superb. Also sensational customer service, have been helped on numerous occasions and at short notice with emergencies. Cons Some of the skip logic is not as powerful as I'd like, and the survey also cannot evenly distribute across randomised blocks (not ideal for RCTs/ A/B testing) but still manageable. Pros Conjoint.ly is an extremely easy to use solution to run quick & cost-effective conjoint studies. They have fantastic customer service -- always open to feedback and willing to help with any questions or concerns. Cons There are somewhat limited formatting options available, and it would be great to have more opportunities to adjust the look/layout. Reason for choosing Conjointly I don't recall the name of the other software we had considered, but selected Conjoint.ly based on several factors including overall ease of use, appearance & depth of analysis available, and cost. We integrated it to our current survey platform, and it made doing a conjoint a breeze. It was very easy to set up and use. The one or two questions that I did have were quickly answered by the support team. I also loved that you can set up multiple language projects. The customer service helped me out when I had specific questions about the underlying statistics Cons I would love more control over the statistical methods used and further insights into the fractional factorial designs generated and the related d-efficiency scores. Sometimes when you get simplicity in UX, you also get simplicity in capabilities. With Conjointly, you can easily gather nuanced data. Cons I really don't have a dislike for Conjointly in any way at the time. I am able to collaborate with teammates easily without sharing login credentials, so I appreciate that feature. It's a very flexible system. Pros Customer support, value for money. It is easy to use once you figure it out, but it takes a bit of time to learn the program and system. Cons not quite intuitive to program surveys. It's powerful, but a little unintuitive. Lots of steps and things to look for that could go wrong if you're not aware. I had to redo an entire study and pay for it out of my own pocket because I missed something during the duplication and adaptation of a study.
