The customer service helped me out when I had specific questions about the underlying statistics Cons I would love more control over the statistical methods used and further insights into the fractional factorial designs generated and the related d-efficiency scores. Stellar customer service and super usable software. Pros One of the the best survey tools out there, better than a number of paid services, available for absolutely free. Paid tools are very powerful (as I have tried them using the trial), and work/look superb. Also sensational customer service, have been helped on numerous occasions and at short notice with emergencies. Cons Some of the skip logic is not as powerful as I'd like, and the survey also cannot evenly distribute across randomised blocks (not ideal for RCTs/ A/B testing) but still manageable. Pros Conjoint.ly is an extremely easy to use solution to run quick & cost-effective conjoint studies. They have fantastic customer service -- always open to feedback and willing to help with any questions or concerns. Cons There are somewhat limited formatting options available, and it would be great to have more opportunities to adjust the look/layout. Reason for choosing Conjoint.ly I don't recall the name of the other software we had considered, but selected Conjoint.ly based on several factors including overall ease of use, appearance & depth of analysis available, and cost. November 2, 2023 4.0 Pros Although there are many things Conjointly can do, the only reason we got it was to run a Conjoint analysis. We integrated it to our current survey platform, and it made doing a conjoint a breeze. It was very easy to set up and use. The one or two questions that I did have were quickly answered by the support team. I also loved that you can set up multiple language projects. The analysis made from website is very nice and easy to understand. The staff replies so fast that you could continue your work soon. Cons If I have to do my own analysis, I have to convert the data into proper table manually. It would be very convenient if you focus only relative importance of each attribute. Pros The amount of time to setup the survey was minimal. I didn't have to spend much time crating the levels, which was nice. They also translated well to managers! We loved that. Cons Don't get full results with free software. Some of the results were harder to get to or parse than others.
