Commerce Dynamics manage a website for hertz where users can exchange point from frequent traveller programmes for payment or part payment for their Hertz reservation, the site works well and is low maintenance to maintain.

Pros

Commerce Dynamics have a great team, over the years I have had various key points of contact, all are very capable, responsive and easy to work with.

Cons

I can't call out any real negatives, we have partnered for about 5 years now with a mature relationship and platform. Even the difference in time zones doesn't cause issues. Their proactive approach means that I don't need to micro manage the website and am able to focus on other priorities

Commerce Dynamics understood our needs from both knowing the industry and our past experience with them. Development was not a straight line, but our launch was an A, as good as could be expected considering the dated nature of the platform we were coming from.

Pros

Commerce Dynamics provides top-notch customer support and valuable input in tailoring a business solution to our company's needs. Continuity of development has also been very important for our company, which they've offered and provided.

Cons

Development time has required patience, but everything has gotten done to this point. Worth the wait!

I'd recommend using Commerce Dynamics for fundraising and auction activities. As well as the Buy Now feature. Together we have stayed at the forefront of platform offers in Australia through excellence in customer service and reliability, features and freshness of the platform.

Pros

Commerce Dynamics has been incredibly supportive of our business development activities. They have enabled us to establish long running relationships with leading Australian sporting organisations and helped us to deliver on fundraising and auction activities consistently, and reliably.

Cons

Normally Commerce Dynamics undertakes back end administration themselves however our business requires us to do some data entry. Occassionally there are some vaguerys on how to do certain administrative tasks in the Open Canvas back end, but Commerce Dynamics are very responsive in providing assistance.

Our overall experience with Commerce Dynamics has been very positive. They have been our site provider for 10+ years and have helped our MLB Auctions business grow tremendously over the years. They are a trusted partner of ours.

Pros

Responsiveness, ability to adapt on the fly and open and willing to go above and beyond for site enhancements/capabilities and growing our business.

Cons

Sometimes when launching new product features/site enhancements there are kinks in the new software that does not allow other functionalities to work. CDI is able to resolve the problem quickly but enhance testing would potentially eliminate these errors.
