Pros Commerce Dynamics have a great team, over the years I have had various key points of contact, all are very capable, responsive and easy to work with. Cons I can't call out any real negatives, we have partnered for about 5 years now with a mature relationship and platform. Even the difference in time zones doesn't cause issues.
