Cons: I think the only Con was the price we would have paid for it long term if the plans had been structured slightly differently.

Pros: The drag and drop templates make putting proposals together a breeze. As a digital marketing company, having different sections and products was great.

Cons: PandaDoc didn't support having dual languages in the proposal. I know this is a high order, but that's why we couldn't use it in the end.

Pros: We transitioned to PandaDoc several months ago to automate our proposal software development, delivery, and execution. What used to take us several hours per proposal now takes us minutes. The user interface is easy to use and allows you to customize your proposals and add features in that were difficult before, such as video. Also, you can create your content library to drag and drop parts of your proposal that might be different or unique to each proposal, such as descriptions of products and/or services that you offer. The pricing library can be preloaded with your products and/or services so you can streamline and automate the pricing process, including the calculation of multiple items and sales tax. Finally, the integration that PandaDoc has with HubSpot is simply amazing. By having this native integration, we are able to pull most of the information about our customers or prospects directly from our CRM, pre-populating the fields that would otherwise be time consuming to manually enter.

Cons: The only negative that I have about PandaDoc is that when you create items in dropdown boxes, you don't have the ability to match the font of those dropdowns with the font that you use in the rest of your document. I have heard that this might be changing soon but it does make the proposal look a bit unprofessional to have 2 different fonts used.

Overall: Increased productivity, increased efficiency, significant time savings, faster approval process, centralized housing of proposals, simplified proposal creation

Pros: We use this in various aspects of our business; customer contracts, employee contracts, and third party service contracts - it fits so many different business cases and allows for many customisation options with no PandaDocs watermarkig.

Cons: As a customer (someone receiving a contract but not inside PandaDoc) it is hard to get a copy of a contract you once signed. While you can download at the time of signing, you can't go back 2 months later to retrieve your copy - you might have to contact the person who originally sent it.

Pros: I really liked DocuSign and used it for quite some time, but it always left a little something to be desired. Then I found PandaDoc. I made the switch because PandaDoc allows you to include videos in your proposals/templates - in my business, sending videos increases conversions. I also like the fact that you can integrate PandaDoc with Hubspot, because you can send proposals that are hyper-personalized with the tags you've created.

Cons: A couple people have told me that stuff sent from PandaDoc goes to their spam folder. Maybe it's because they're in financial services and the spam folders tend to be stricter, but it is something I've noticed.

Overall: Creating proposals takes a fraction of the time because of the templates. I can also send videos to customers in the documents I want them to sign. It makes things more efficient and saves money.

Pros: PandaDoc does what it advertises - it helps increase efficiency dramatically .It's great for creating proposals and then keeping track of them . It can be used alongside various programs and CRMs and the customer support can be of great help ,when needed .

Cons: I find it a bit pricey ,but here is a free version that helps you decide whether it is worth it for you or not . Since it covers so many things ,it can be confusing to use .

Pros: I love how it easily pairs with my CRM. PandaDoc allows users to create professional proposals in a matter of minutes. Also very easy to use.

Cons: The one thing I do not like is that multiple users cannot work from the same account at the same time. I love everything else.

Pros: The audit tracking is one of our favorite features in PandaDoc, it allows us to see when a client views a proposal, how long they spend on each page of the document, and digitally sign. It has significantly improved the look of our proposals and the speed at which we can develop them with the ability to create templates.

Cons: No complaints! PandaDoc has all the features we've needed and has been easy to incorporate into our workflow.

Pros: I worked with PandaDoc to bring it as a solution to a problem one of our clients was having. They wanted consistency and control over their proposals. Through our research, we found PandaDoc as a solution. Not only could you control the consistency from document to document, but you can streamline the process of entering information, organize the proposals by sales person, set admin controls for review, get digital signatures, and about a hundred other things.

The thing I appreciated most about the application was the ability to great a great looking document that combined live, editable text as well as graphics. This streamlined our design process and gave them a beautiful looking proposal document.

Cons: While formatting the proposal, it was difficult to see where the 8.5x11 page breaks would land. You can "add" a page break anywhere, but that won't indicate where the page will actually end when downloaded. For our client, it was important to have a great looking document when downloaded as a PDF. We ended up having to do trial and error by making changes and downloading each time to see if it looked alright.

Overall: Beautiful layout and design, easy organization.

Pros: The process of contract signing is very easy for the entire team. There are no more mistakes and contracts can be reviewed and approved by the entire team quicker which makes our customers happy.

Cons: Billing is a little different than most. Very inconsistent. Sometimes it can be difficult to customize documents to your liking. Other than that it is a great product.

Overall: Contract process is very easy and takes minutes to send the contract to prospects.

Pros: Great support for linking CRM's, Mailing works well and is simple for the end user. Notifications are helpful and it just works well. Of many softwares i hear very few complaints from my end users.

Cons: A bit buggy, Tabbing issue from time to time, search is slow and indexing misses things from time to time. Spam filter needs to be change for mail to be received.

Pros: Very easy to create and set workflows for executing agreements. it allows very good interoperability with MS office. The product also allows duplicating and editing documents which is very helpful. The features for security are great even allows use of digital signatures. Is integrated with our CRM to make it very seamless for a quote to cash application.

Cons: not integrated with Hubspot that is a issue. Also some of the features are currently not usable by us better education is required. The only other issue is the rigidity in allowing incentives and discounts to our customers. But overall a great product.

Pros: What I like best is that PandaDoc can be implemented to work with already established CRMs . It simplifies the process for both customers and employees .The E-sign and online tracking option make finalizing transactions seamless .

Cons: I use PandaDoc exclusively on a computer as I find the mobile app lacking . They can also take it a bit easy on the number of notifications ,but other than that it is great .

Pros: Absolutely love using panda doc. Has actually helped us start closing more customers given the seamless experience with using panda doc for quotation and proposal management. Some of the top features for us

1) very easy to duplicate and edit existing documents
2) allows for multiple formats to be edited
3) they have price tables integrated
4) very simple to setup workflows and execute and create repositories.

Cons: the tool is great but have had some proposals landing in spam folders of customers. Also the customization available on quotes is limited (you can't add promotions etc) that can possibly change.

Pros: PandaDoc streamlines each process on the sales department: from moving leads across the sales funnel to supporting marketing efforts with feedback on buyer personas. As opposed to many of its competitors, PandaDoc does offer team collaboration and different access levels for a different type of users.

Cons: The only thing that may be an issue for most users is its price. Nonetheless, the investment is entirely worth it, and it is not that expensive when you compare it to similar ERPs like SAP.

Overall: Streamlining our Sales department performance with ease and data to project our revenues.

Pros: The company had a wonderful concept to bring to market, with great (potential) tracking and document signing/embedding
The real reason to use, is its a money saver vs. the current industry leads. However, don't expect it for the analytics component they sell, as there are issues there.

Cons: - They have serious issues on customer support, follow up, and execution.
- They have bugs that have lasted months/years in their organization, and with little follow up from customer support, for issues on their reports of tracking, email, and view analytics
- Things like the analytics feature sends false information on reports (their real value-add/differentiation), and has incomplete data when you actually compare the analytics generated on proposals or documents sent vs. the real use.
- As well, their customer support can fluctuate a lot, and they've had significant staff changes which change communication with tickets for support

Overall: Good embedding. document signing features, and capabilities for proposal sending/components to put together.

An easy tp use platform for all my Agreement and Proposal needs.

Pros: Its so easy to get paper work to people who are faraways! It's made my life so much easier when it comes to the hiring process in our security firm. Once an interviewee leaves, we discuss if we want to hire him/her and then I send them the employment package, making my life so much easier.

Cons: You have to select each feild when assigning them to someone. Like why isn't there a control select option on here?

Pros: We are able to choose from templates which allows us to be consistent with our outgoing proposals. Easier to compile a proposal.

Cons: The software is somewhat confusing for new users. There are too many different steps to take when preparing a proposal.

Pros: As a small business owner, I send multiple small proposals per week, and it was getting hard to keep track of them in word docs. PandaDoc Proposals helped to make it easier to create my proposals, and keep track of ones that had been sent out but not closed.

Cons: It is a rather expensive product. It's features are great, but for the cost I would rather keep it simple and have fewer features to keep the price down.

Pretty good product, has a nice mix of features at it's pricepoint, but with some limitations.

Pros: Content Library / Template Library functionality is the best feature. Close second is the import from google doc feature, if the text were editable after import this might be the #1 feature.

Cons: The text formatting (especially with bullets) is atrocious! It's also very difficult to make pretty looking presentations compared to a tool like Qwilr. The way files are made and filed is also pretty annoying, it takes a lot of dilligance to keep proposals, sows, etc, filed in different folders. Also the abandoned started template docs clutter things up. (Maybe have a status for a doc created from a template but not edited, or just remove the ones that aren't edited?)

Overall: It makes creating and sending SOWs and other signable contract type stuff super easy and professional. It's a great tool for that sort of stuff. We have used it for proposal making as well, but it's just not very visually compelling at the levels of effort we're able to invest. (Qwilr makes it much easier to make beautiful presentations for proposals.)

Pros: PandaDoc has allowed us to streamline our proposal process tremendously. Because of the content library, template functions and ease of use, we've been able to double the number of proposals we put out in the same timeframe before implementation.
The analytics reporting feature has assisted in increasing our win rates. We can hone in on the areas of our proposals that resonate with our prospects, allowing the follow-up meetings to be more focused - discussing targeted, relevant themes, services and needs.
PandaDoc's development team is very open to feedback and ideas on how to improve the platform. It's refreshing to work with a company that takes your input and one-off special requests to not only deliver on those requests for you but roll out these changes across the board for all of their users. Having a say in the process of polishing and tweaking a product to work best for us is a value-added benefit.
The various plug-ins for other software, such as CRM systems, is useful for collaboration between departments.
The ability to customize the CSS to fit our brand is essential. We can customize templates with designs that fulfill each of our needs.
Having multiple workspaces under one account is extremely helpful keeping documents separated for different departments and projects.

Cons: There are a few small issues that we've run into, however, the pros of this software heavily outweigh the cons. PandaDoc does not allow for multiple users to work in a document at the same time, but I believe this is something that is being addressed in the new editor or at least on the buildout updates for the future.
From time to time we will run into small formatting issues due to a glitch in the coding. More often than not, they are isolated to one document. For a couple of issues we ran into, the development team was able to provide a timely fix, and the issues have been non-recurring.
In the past few years that we've been using the platform, we have only had three instances where the software was down, two of those instances were for less than an hour. Even with the downtime, we have never missed a deadline to deliver a proposal, even in an industry where RFPs are common.

Pros: I like how you can resend reminders to my clients. This will keep them on top of mind.
I also like that they can pay via the credit card implementation

Cons: I dont like that i need to keep re-signing in every day. It becomes tedious to have to sign in via my google account every day.

Overall: We are able to customize our agreements, we can edit and change on the fly. We can create beautiful proposals that are sent to the client in a professional manner

Pros: Super easy! It only takes a view seconds to send out an agreement. Everything is already set up in a template and all I have to do is fill in like 2 items. I also LOVE how I can see when the customer views it, signs it, and pays it. Also love how I can see how long they spent on each page and how many times they viewed it.

Cons: The only dislike I have is sometimes I don't get replies from the customer to the email with the document (hopefully that makes sense). No problem at all though! I just send an email and say not to reply to that one, but my work email. Super easy.

Overall: Super easy to send out what I need and love seeing what time to the customer viewed, signed, and paid the document.

Comments: A great application to use.

Pros: The streamlined process from beginning a proposal through to sending it to our client ensures they are received in a timelier manner than what we have experienced before. Saving templates and documents allows for a more efficient preparation process, as you don't need to re-create everything from the start. We really like that we can integrate a client's information right through to payment at the acceptance of the proposal. The auto-save function is good to have as is setting up a payment to integrate to another system.

Cons: We found a few glitches when adding extra headers and text fields. Thankfully the autosave function allows you to exit back to the dashboard and you can return to your template without having lost your work.

Pros: The ease of use and the ability to track the views and shares on the documents that I have sent out to prospects and customers.

Cons: It can be a bit daunting at times to use the software and the customization is a bit finicky at times.

Pros: Intuitive and good user experience. The ability to easily filter and search for legal documents is amazing.

Cons: The editing tool for document templates isn't so intuitive. Copying and pasting from Word doesn't copy exactly.

Overall: Easy to integrate within the team

PandaDoc is great for creating simple and engaging proposals for clients

Pros: I used PandaDocs for about 5 months to design alter and send out custom proposals for clients. I loved how easy it was to add fields that updated dynamically throughout the document.

Cons: I think the biggest Con was the lack of templates to choose from at the time I used it. I wanted more options of templates to pick from.

Fantastic, easy to use software with great functionality for a variety of uses!

Pros: Templates - massive time-saver and so easy to edit and send a completed contract to client. Ease of signing for clients, plus signing order functionality - makes the whole workflow super fast and professional.

Cons: I'd love to be able to insert an existing quote table into another document (i.e. quote for job into contract for same job). I have also found when copying text into a document that the font colour changes from black (copied text) to grey (pasted text).

Pros: I love having templates - our business isn't one which can be easily automated but this saves us a lot of time and allows us to be consistent.

Cons: No real dislikes! It's always being improved and added to, support is good. It doesn't do dumb things like insist you use 100 characters, unlike this reviews site! :)

Overall: Speeds up our proposal process. Easy to track who has read, and to send follow ups. Makes our proposals consistent. Keeps all proposals in one place.

PandaDoc is a solid product for everything from contracts to client reports

Pros: I love that it is so easy to use and that one can view the analytics for each individual doc. I love the auto reminder feature as well, assisting us with closing a deals quicker.

Cons: A lot of the time the contracts go into our customer's spam folder, so it would be awesome if we could send a link to our customers to get the contract directly opposed to going through emails trying to find the link.

Overall: It increases our productivity in the workplace. One can easily view exactly what was worked on & when (from an internal perspective).

Overall PandaDoc is great software.

Pros: Our sales team finds it to be flexible enough for the various proposal requirements they deal with and the look and feel we've been able to create is a differentiator for us.

Cons: If the prospect requires you to send a PDF and doesn't execute the agreement via PandaDoc there is no way to change the status of the proposal in PandaDoc.

Overall: Flexible proposal generation.

A handy way to quickly put a proposal together.

Pros: The easy blocks of action items. For example adding text or images. The use of Tokens is nice. Formatting is pretty simple and helpful.

Cons: Lack of page design control. And Barry any clients want to sign agreement within app. So we have lots of open proposals that are actually approved but not signed or confirmed within app.

Pros: The fact that it handles so many features (as mentioned above) in one single package, in additiona to tracking analytics (when recipients open/view documents), use of templates, reusable content libraries, price lists - and backed by an excellent (and responsive) support team.

Cons: We don't have the Enterprise version, so we can't use some of the advanced features we would like. Having said that, we of course understand that every product must have various pricing levels - we simply don't need enough of these features to upgrade to Enterprise.

A more vibrant way to share our proposals with prospects. First impressions make all the difference.

Pros: I enjoy the drag and drop aspects. It's overall easy to use once you get in. We have already created custom designed templates via our internal design team.

Cons: One big con would be the line item discount option. We would like to be able to put in the exact discount, rather than playing process of elimination with decimals. Also, when i click tab inside the pricing table thinking it will take me to the next box, it takes me to the bottom of the document. Otherwise I'd say to are my two changes I'd like to see.

Makes what used to take hours only take minutes and in a much more controlled way.

Pros: It makes using templates, creating templates and standardizing things so much easier. Helps immensely with consistency and has a lot of functionality which is awesome. I work with both our sales team and our clearance and acquisition team (licensing) and it works well for both purposes.

Cons: Sometimes its functionality is limited - would like to see the ability to move whole folders like in Windows Explorer and would like the ability to combine two templates into one document or to put a whole template into the content library to allow it to be added in one fell swoop to another document/template. Wish there were more way to protect templates from people on the team being able to change them.

Pros: PandaDoc allows you to integrate with your CRM so that it creates proposals based on the information that you have of your clients in the CRM. You can monitor when your clients view the proposals.

Cons: Can't think of anything! Everything works very well and it's easy to manage and keep track of all the proposals you've sent. Makes the sales cycle a breeze.
