I am able to add notes, handle billing, send invoices, etc.... on each client. Pros I love that there are always features that can be added JUST to accommodate my businesses' needs. Cons There are alot of features that I don't find useful and some that don't pertain to our business at all. Reasons for choosing Senior Referral Management After doing the demos, they had everything that I needed to support our business, plus invoicing, and they were so willing to add all my touches to it. The fact that I can customize things to my company has been wonderful. Pros Housing Tree helps my business function smoothly, I can't imagine trying to keep track of all the details for both clients and facilities by paper. I can look up any of my information from anywhere which helps me be more productive. Cons I wish Client could be able to enter intake information, sometimes they are having to fill out my intake form and then I have to go back and enter it. Pros The software is well designed and makes maintaining information on both clients and facilities easy. The customer service has been fantastic. Even our more technically complex requests were handled promptly with great accuracy. Having worked with several other development teams, I can say that the HousingTree team provides exceptional quality and is easy to work with. Cons Our only concern was the default formatting of the reports to be sent to either clients or facilities. That being said, it was easily reformatted to meet the standards of InSight Senior Transitional Services. As a consultant for many RCFEs, I see how having an organized structure breeds success. This software allows agents to not only keep track of their referrals but generates invoices and helps organize schedules and follow ups as well! HousingTree is designed for the busy placement agent and allows them to concentrate more on actual placements rather than spending countless hours in front of a computer trying to conduct their own billing. This of course also results in potentially a more successful business as more time is spent generating actual revenue. For the facilities, I see this as a powerful tool in helping to advertise their vacancies more effectively. My company works closely with HousingTree to help ensure facilities use this software and reach optimal exposure to the right referral sources.
